We got a bad experience from the front office staff.A man with strightened front hair enquired about about the prescription.we had given the prescription.We thought they already written the name for scanning waiting list.After 20-25 min he asked whether we are willing to take the x ray or not.we were astronished about the question he asked. We lost our precious time.This was the first time we were experiencing this from the centre as we have been there for many times and the service were good .
