Excellent! We are very impressed with the professionalism and care provided by the medical staff and ED Supervisor during my visit. The doctors took the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment plan in detail, and ED Supervisor helped to arrange my accomodation very well .which made me feel informed and confident about my care. The nursing staff was attentive and compassionate, ensuring we were comfortable throughout my stay. The hospital's cleanliness was also commendable. The patient rooms and waiting areas were spotless, and hygiene protocols were strictly followed.

I had an incredibly positive experience at NIMS Hospital during my mother's recent surgery for hernia, uterine polyps, and fibroids. The entire process from the reception to the final billing was smooth, professional, and comforting. A special thank you to Dr. Azeem Muhammed and Dr. Shashikala, whose expertise and compassionate care gave us complete confidence and satisfaction. Their professionalism made a big difference during such a crucial time. We stayed for 5 days post-surgery, and I must say the medical and support staff truly made us feel at home. A heartfelt thanks to the team at Room No. 904, SS Block, and the nurses at the associated nursing station for their care and attention. I also want to give a special shout-out to Ms. Jincy Mathew (Floor Executive) for her responsiveness and dedication. She went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were addressed quickly and with care. The hospital is well-maintained with good doctors and courteous staff. Recently, the parking space has been expanded, making it more convenient for visitors. The overall cleanliness and management are commendable. However, one major concern is the lift facility. There is only a single lift that is used by both patients and visitors, leading to long waiting times, especially during rush hours. Additionally, the absence of nearby stairs or the availability of stairs only at distant locations adds to the inconvenience. Improving this aspect would greatly enhance the overall experience. Despite this, the hospital provides quality service and is a reliable choice for healthcare needs.

Had a pleasant experience during my father's stay in the new Phase 2 building at NIMS Hospital. The facilities were clean and well managed. The medical team, including doctors and nurses, was attentive and providing excellent care. A special mention to the nurses on duty for their dedicated service and the PRO Arya who checked in daily and promptly handled any necessary arrangements. The private rooms were spacious and well-equipped with good amenities. However, the patient food quality needs improvement. Overall, it was a great experience with some room for enhancement."
