Worst experience. At least reception team must know about the services and the information about the services that they are taken ,these people not aware of the services not only that they provide false information to patients who enquire about the services and the information of the service ,if they are not aware of the details of the services they can say they don't know, instead of that they provide false details that make patient in trouble and waste of time,when l am asking about the information that they are given that time they are saying that the fault is in patients side ,then what is the use of reception team in the hospital?worst experience

Worst at its best. No proper communication. Insurance window is astonishingly ignorant. Their phone is switched off most of the time. When asked about reimbursement the so called PRO said, maannee shriyaakkittraa. Alas! Most strikingly one of the few hospitals in the planet with bathroom in patiants' room with steps to enter! On a positive note, these guys have provided comfortable parking slot

I am criticising management why don't you look after the behaviour of call takers,they are not politely talking to patients you had better tell her we are not depended on her but she is depended on us before arguing nuisance with customers hated this behaviour

Very bad service I had a very disappointing experience at Nucleus Clinic, Nadapuram. The staff's behavior was extremely unprofessional, and they were completely unresponsive to phone calls, even during urgent situations. I visited the clinic with my 6-day-old baby, expecting some level of priority and care. However, there was no consideration for the baby's condition--patients were only called strictly based on token numbers, without any flexibility or empathy for critical cases. The experience with the pharmacy was equally frustrating. I had to wait around 30 minutes just to hand over the prescription, only to be told that the medicines were not available. This caused unnecessary delay and stress. Moreover, the billing process is very poor. They do not return the balance amount at the time of payment--patients are asked to come back later to collect it, which is highly inconvenient and unprofessional. Overall, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone, especially to parents with infants. Proper management, better communication, and a more compassionate approach are seriously needed here.
