I had a generally good experience at KMCT Hospital. The medical staff, especially the doctors and nurses, were professional, attentive, and caring. The treatment process was smooth, and the hospital environment was clean and well-maintained. I truly appreciate the efforts of the healthcare team. However, there were a couple of areas that need improvement. One major inconvenience was the absence of hot water in the bathroom, which was quite uncomfortable, especially for patients recovering from surgery. Additionally, the space and comfort for bystanders could be improved. A larger and more comfortable bed or resting area for bystanders would make a big difference, especially during long hospital stays. Overall, KMCT Hospital provides quality healthcare, but I hope they consider these practical improvements for a better patient and bystander experience.

My daughter was admitted in KMCT Hospital PMR Department, and I am very satisfied. The therapy sessions were beneficial, and the team was cooperative and supportive. Thank you for the care and services provided.

I was really impressed to see that KMCT Hospital supports various insurance schemes, including Kerala Government's MEDISEP program. This made the entire admission and discharge process hassle-free and financially less stressful.The insurance desk staff were very cooperative and guided us at every step. The hospital maintains excellent cleanliness, has well-equipped facilities, and provides prompt medical care with a personal touch. Very disappointed with the service at the Pay Ward Department. Despite paying for better facilities, the staff was extremely unresponsive and careless. Delays in providing basic services like cleaning, medication, and doctor visits. No proper communication or coordination. Patients and their families deserve much better, especially after paying a premium. Highly unsatisfied with the overall experience. On date 06/07/2025
