The best hospital in this area, The nursing care for Maternity and Newborn is excellent .. Our Doctor , Dr. Sukumaran , highly experienced and very down to earth person and his Juniors, Dr.Haritha and Dr.Mekha , both are extremely caring and professional in there behavior and mannerisms . and All the staffs in the Gynecology ward is very polite and caring. My wife delivered a girl baby last week and it was just an unforgetable experience the way the staff took care of us. I am really thankful to the entire team from the Security / Reception / Nursing team and the insurance handling team ... thanks to you all

My delivery journey has experienced with rather complications and fear. Iam really thankful to Dr. Pooja Mam for the love, care, support and plenteous patience. And my experience with nursing staffs was also good.

We had a very disappointing experience with VSM Hospital recently. We lost our father following a surgery due to the improper care and guidance on post surgical phase. My father was very healthy and after a bone fracture he underwent a surgery there which led to several other diseases and was unattended by Doctors until we highlighted it to them. We were not advised of his status properly and not updated promptly with his stage. Hence I was not able to see him as I was abroad and could not reach on time. He was admitted to ICU post complications and was not given proper attention and care even though in ICU by both Doctors and Nursing staff. Due to their unethical observation and care, the symptoms were ignored and was taken action only on bystanders (son) request. Doctors should be more open to bystanders and to update with the patient status promptly as it is their prime responsibility to take care of the patients and treat them as required. Because of their irresponsible nature, We lost our beloved father. Doctors and nurses are not attending at night and not checking the patient's condition. When we highlighted this to the Admin, he quoted that "it is not unusual for night duty staff to sleep at night". We were not allowed to communicate directly with the management team. We were promised to provide a report by PRO but failed to do so. I strongly recommend not going to this Hospital in any case as the treatment is worse and will change a person's health and quality of life.

I recently underwent a full-body checkup at VSM Hospital on June 3rd, which cost 5500. The package included a wide range of tests, covering various health parameters.The test process was smooth, and I received my reports promptly. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Miss Bindhu for her excellent service and friendly behaviour.

This is a Hospital with all modern Amenities equipped with. Recently I had a very good experience, one of my close relative was admitted in the Critical Care . To tell you the Staff, Doctor's from the Critical Care where very much hardworking. Especially the Staff Nurse both day & Night duty where very much cautious about patients in the Critical Care Department they are really Florence Nightingales hattsoff to them. And also the Staff Nurse of the Medical Ward Hatts Off to them too. Keep it up V S M Hospital don't let your name down thats all thank you.
