The Endoscopy Department deserves special appreciation for their professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. The entire atmosphere was so homely and welcoming that I felt as if I were with friends or cousins rather than in a hospital. The nurses were exceptionally engaging, attentive, and kind, which completely eased my anxiety and made the procedure stress-free. I am extremely satisfied with the care, hospitality, and support I received. I was recently admitted to the hospital, and I must say the insurance service made a huge difference during a stressful time. The entire process--from admission to discharge--was smooth and hassle-free. The insurance team was prompt, cooperative, and guided me through every step with clarity and patience. Approval and claim processing were done without delays, allowing me to focus on my recovery without worrying about financial matters. Poor Canteen Experience The hospital stay was overall fine, but the canteen service was very disappointing. Staff behavior was rude and unhelpful, and the food provided to patients was neither fresh nor suitable for recovery. Cleanliness and basic hygiene were also lacking. This needs urgent attention from the management.

We had an excellent experience at the hospital. The service in the ward and room was outstanding, and the nurses were truly amazing--especially those in the labor room and NICU, who were incredibly supportive and attentive. The doctors and nursing staff were exceptionally caring, making us feel well looked after throughout. Every department, including PRO, Insurance, Billing, and Pharmacy, provided seamless and helpful service. Even the food from the canteen was delightful.
