Most hospitals don't do much for humanity. They need money and publicity. They r not bothered about the patients or their families welfare. This hospital too is a part of the above . Visit only if you don't have any other option.

Mar Baselious Hospital is generally a good hospital. The doctors here are well experienced, and I was satisfied with the medical care I received. The hospital infrastructure is improving, with construction work going on to make it even better. However, the condition of the women's toilet was extremely poor. The toilet seat was yellowish and visibly dirty, and in my opinion, replacement of the toilet seat is the only proper solution. Additionally, the toilet area was very smelly. The men's toilet being nearby also made the area unpleasant, with the smell of cigarettes coming through. In a multispeciality hospital of this standard, I sincerely hope the toilet hygiene is given the importance it deserves. Patients, especially women, expect a neat, dry, and odor-free restroom environment. Medical care was good -- just hoping the management takes this feedback seriously for an overall better patient experience.

My father was taken to the casualty of this hospital for constipation. He was discharged from another hospital after an accident and he was having trouble with his stomach. He was in extreme discomfort and pain but the hospital staff was very indifferent and irresponsible. They didn't give treatment at the right time and my father had to stay there suffering the pain. After some time, we went to a nearby hospital and received treatment and my father was okay. It was an extremely bad experience we received from MBMM hospital staff.

Yesterday i went with my mother for consulting orthopedic dr. He insisted for xray.. We went there and made appointment. But too much time i was waiting there.. When i asked the staff there" which is my turn? " she refused to answer my question.. Many people came after me got permission to enter. Very bad attitude of staff....

I really surprised about their well managed house keeping and hospitality. Professionalism started from the reception. The beautiful lady on the reception doing a good job. Everything on a good system. Docters are well experienced and polite. Canteen also looks different from other hospitals. I recommend this hospital.

Perfect from outside. Nothing inside. After 10.30 pm, no one will be in the front office or reception.The phone kept ringing for hours and no one was there to pick up.Patient and bistander should help themselves to do basic needs.

I consulted Dr. Susan gynecologist for my first pregnancy.. On the day of delivery, I developed a high fever and felt extremely weak...Dr. susan was not present for most of the labor process. The majority of the care was handled by nursing staffs.. She arrived only shortly before the epidural injection... Ellarum e pani kazhinjalle conceive aakunne..kuttiye nere oru tray ilekk deshyathil valich idunnu ..I was scared of her behaviour.. I am sharing this not out of anger but to help other expecting mothers make an informed decision. I hope the hospital take this feedback seriously and work towards ensuring a more supportive and consistent experience for future patients...

It has been three weeks since my sister started seeking treatment at this hospital. Unfortunately, the doctors have not been able to identify the issue or provide any medication for the pain. All they have done is ask for tests every week! Do the doctors here really care about patient welfare, or are they just treating patients for the sake of fulfilling appointments? There has been no improvement in her health; in fact, it has worsened. We have spent a lot of money over the past few weeks, and now we are in a situation where we have to look for another doctor due to the severity of the issue. Dear all, even if you have no other hospital options, I strongly advise against coming here.
