Pathetic booking system, had to wait hours for a USG and the hospital is proudly saying that this is the system here. No time management, they claim that the doctors/ technicians are late to be in the hospital. Never customers fault as the 'doctors' too are staff and needs to be punctual. Horrible experience with the front office staff as they don't respect customers and uses very harsh language (would even say abusive language to an extend) But can't complain about the cleanliness and the expertise doctors in there

Really good experience with Dr Bhanumathy Gynocologist .also staffs also very friendly. Atmosphere also nice .floors are neat and tidy. Infront of Labour room one scene only was not okay for me .hope they will take action

Horrible experience. The booking system is a mess, while booking time informed 2 to 5 on Friday 28 February 2025 but around 7 PM still not reached half of my booking number and I had to wait over 4 hours without any updates on my consultation time. There's zero regard for patients' time. Complete lack of communication and organization.
