Visited three times with my family members last week, the staff nurses are the reception are always downright rude. They have no courtesy towards patients. Not at all welcoming. When they take the temperature they keep the thermometer in your armpit and the readings were coming wrong, and lower than normal levels. This was happening to all patients, and this happened with us also, and we know that it was an error because an hour before we visited the clinic we checked the temperature at home and there was a high fever. When I told them this they were trying to gaslight me saying some nonsense. I am a veterinarian, I check temperatures for 10-15 patients daily myself and I know how digital thermometers work. You can't simply fool people by making up reasons. Good and knowledgeable doctor, and fast billing and pharmacy services. But if this is the case at the reception when we arrive then it's simply not worth it.

My elderly mother was a patient there for more than 3-4 years. Unfortunately our experience is disappointing. The doctor seemed more focused on prescribing excessive number of medicines rather than addressing the root of the problem. Instead of referring my mother to a specialist for conditions clearly outside his scope, he insisted on treating everything himself. This has put her health at risk. Over prescription of medicines, lab tests repeated every 30 days, and reluctance to refer to a specialist doctor for her illness, raised serious red flag. I would caution others especially who have elderly parents to take them for second opinion rather than trusting this business minded health care facility.

I visited Hridaya clinic recently , while the doctor was professional, a particular lady staff at the front desk was the most unprofessional and incompetent person that I had the misfortune to come across. Confidential patient details were shouted across the room like a market place. Utterly disappointed. Please train your staff, this is health care not a fish market.

Been visiting clinic for my alergy issue and recently for my papa who had an attack. Wanted to followup if he's travel fit. Dr. Renju cardiologist is humble and experience doctor. Didn't rush us. Explained everything in detail. Did Echo & EGC... Getting things done and getting reports is much easier at clinic compare to hospitals. Especially when u have an elderly patient along. Good service though getting through thier phone is tuff at times They have Doctor for almost everything. ENT doctor Puja is awesome too. Her diagnosis is to the point without any drama. Both Dr. Renju cardiologist & Dr. Puja ENT doctors are practicing at Renai medicity too. Clinic has good experienced doctor's. Dr. Cyriac physician is great too. Do call for appointments and check availability. Parking is ok but conjusted during peak hours

I would never ever recommend this clinic even for a fever.. absolutely unprofessional approach ..

Would never recommend this clinic all about money all they want is money. The first time I met this person he told me to take a blood test he didn't even ask my consent and he didn't even tell what blood test I was to do . Really waste of money . Never recommend this clinic. Also he gave a packet of medicines
