Reports are usually quick and easy to access. - Experienced doctors: The radiologists and cardiologists here are thorough and approachable. You get the sense that they know their stuff and take time to explain things clearly. - Flexible timings: Open late into the evening, which is a blessing if you're juggling work or coming in from out of town. - Easy access: Located right off the NH Bypass, with decent parking and nearby landmarks like Ceylon Bake House and Gold Souk Mall to help you find it. A few things to keep in mind: - It can get busy during peak hours, especially weekends. Booking ahead or going early helps. - While most experiences are smooth, occasional delays in report delivery can happen--nothing major, but worth knowing. Final take: Vivid Diagnostic Centre strikes a great balance between professionalism and comfort. Whether it's a routine scan or something more specialized, it's one of the more reliable and well-run centres in Kochi.

The facility is very neat and clean, which is commendable. However, there is a significant drawback in terms of staff coordination and overall organization. Although there are enough staff members present, they lack proper coordination and guidance. During my visit for an annual medical check-up arranged by my company, I noticed a considerable delay and confusion due to the absence of clear direction from the staff. Proper supervision and improved organization are strongly needed to ensure a smoother experience for visitors.

I visited this diagnostic center on April 7th upon the recommendation of Dr. Shenoy for a CT scan. The service was excellent, and the staff were highly professional and efficient.

I had a very frustrating experience at Vivid Diagnostic Centre Vyttila. Despite booking an appointment in advance, I was kept waiting over 45minutes beyond my scheduled time with no explanation or apology. The staff seemed disorganized and indifferent to the inconvenience caused. Receptionist told me to wait so I wait for his call. After sometimes receptionist disappear & another guy came so I ask him about my appointment later on around 02.35pm they give me to one form to fill. Since there was no communication about delays I left without doing MRI. If punctuality and customer service matter to you, I would recommend looking elsewhere. A medical facility should value patients time as much as their health.

Vivid Diagnostic Centre is clean and well-maintained, creating a hygienic and comfortable environment for patients. The staff are polite and professional. The Atmosphere was extraordinary. Today was my first visit , everything was good.

We have been visiting Vivid regularly for our periodical checkups and have seen much positive change in their service over a period of time. This time we are very much impressed by the compassionate attitude of the staff towards all patients.They have been very polite and prompt in response to our enquiries/requirements.
