He made me feel at ease throughout the entire process and took the time to explain everything clearly. Such a wonderful and skilled doctor! The nursing staff were also extremely attentive and compassionate. They took great care of me during my stay, always checking in and making sure I was comfortable and well looked after. Avoid Reni Medcity for Emergency & Admission I strongly advise against visiting Reni Medcity for emergencies. While the doctors are good (which is expected for any running hospital), the overall patient experience is frustrating and very unhygienic. 1. Parking & Accessibility Parking is inconvenient; you have to walk a long distance. Valet parking is available, but at night, you may not get assistance. 2. Reception & Documentation The reception is staffed with many people, yet the process is highly complicated. As a first-time visitor, you are required to fill out a form--fair enough. But if there's anything missing, they won't inform you all at once. Instead, they will point out errors one by one after each submission, wasting time. 3. Consultation & Admission Doctors are competent, but the admission process is a nightmare--especially if you have cashless insurance. Despite opting for cashless insurance to avoid paperwork delays, you still go through the same hassles as someone paying in cash. The hospital often claims no private rooms are available and pushes patients into shared wards with a promise of "priority" room allotment, which rarely happens. 4. Poor & Unhygienic In-Patient Facilities Shared wards are poorly designed--the space is smaller than the washrooms! If a patient can't walk, they still have to go a distance to use a common washroom (which even government hospitals manage better by having attached ones). Extremely unhygienic conditions--washrooms are dirty, and common areas are poorly maintained. No proper assistance for patients or bystanders. Medication schedules and updates are never provided on time. Bystander beds are a joke--expect zero comfort and no sleep while taking care of your loved one. Aster Hospital: Admitted my baby for 7 days, and the process was smooth. They collected the ID proof at discharge, adjusted deposits with the bill, and provided clear medication instructions. PS Mission Hospital (a smaller hospital) still manages better policies, admission guidance, and medical assistance than this so-called "premium" hospital. Final Verdict Consultation only. Meet your doctor and leave. Never get admitted--the hospital is disorganized, very unhygienic, lacks proper facilities, and causes unnecessary stress.

While accompanying a friend for her appointments at Renai, was truly in awe of the hospitality experienced and offered by all the staff we encountered! From the nurses to the insurance desk, the doctors to the maintenance staff as well. All these seemingly little interactions, like a smile shared and a greeting in passing - does truly instill a great sense of ease and comfort especially in a hospital environment. She took the time to explain the entire procedure and the aftercare steps in detail, which made me feel reassured. The surgery went smoothly and just as explained. The nursing staff were excellent--always available, attentive, and responsive to any questions or requests. The room provided was clean and hygienic, with daily cleaning, fresh sheets, and meals included for the patient, which added to the overall comfort and care. Overall, I had a very positive experience at Renai Medicity and felt truly well taken care of.
