I was recently admitted to Lourdes Hospital, Ward 31, for a small surgery and stayed for 4 days. My experience there was truly heartwarming. The entire staff, especially the nurses in Ward 31, were kind, caring, and always ready to help. Their gentle and polite approach made my recovery so much smoother and more comfortable. A special thank you to Dr. Kartika, who was the best doctor I could have asked for. She was incredibly kind, patient, and truly listened to all my concerns. Her reassuring presence and professional care gave me so much confidence and peace of mind. Lourdes Hospital and its wonderful team, especially in Ward 31, will always have my gratitude. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

My initial consultation went smoothly; the doctor listened attentively and explained each step. The tests I underwent were thorough yet efficient, and I appreciated the clear communication about my treatment options. Date of Visit: August 3, 2025 I recently had to take my wife to the emergency department of this hospital, and our experience was both disappointing and concerning. While she was still in the emergency room, a nursing staff member approached her and suggested plastic surgery -- before even examining the wound. The same nurse came to me and asked how much I was willing to pay. Then a doctor arrived and said surgery would be necessary. When I asked a few basic questions about the surgery and its cost, he said he needed to consult a senior doctor. After a short time, he returned and told me surgery was no longer required -- and that suturing would be enough. This sudden change in medical opinion, right after I inquired about cost and details, made me feel that the surgery advice was not based purely on medical grounds, but possibly financial motives. After being discharged, my wife experienced bleeding from the dressing site. When we contacted the emergency department, we were told to return. Shockingly, they asked us to pay the emergency charges again, even though we were coming back due to their own improper wound care. In emergency care, patients deserve professional conduct, ethical treatment, and decisions based on medical necessity -- not pressure, vague communication, and repeated charges. I sincerely hope the hospital takes this feedback seriously and improves their standards.

I, recently, needed to visit Lourdes hospital and had an excellent experience. Hospital visits are almost never for a good reason and are therefore unpleasant. This time, on the other hand, it was as close to being good as it could be. The new parking facility allowed for patient drop off and nearby parking very easily such that the entrance was only a few steps away. The operations staff are always at hand, ready to help with a smile. Despite an extremely busy facility they provide help with all logistical aspects making for a seamless experience. The doctors and their staff are excellent, sensitive to the patient's needs, inspiring confidence, taking time to explain to the patient as well as answering their questions. The administration processes are efficient and patient friendly, all the way from admissions to insurance, avoiding unnecessary delays and ensuring the patient and their family's needs are facilitated. The rooms are adequate, spacious, and comfortable. Cleanliness and upkeep is very good throughout - bathrooms, rooms, corridors, staircases, etc. The nursing staff are who the patient and their family have the most contact with and we have nothing but praise. They are responsive, kind, and efficient. Always smiling, they are professional yet put the patient at ease. Throughout our stay, they were a button press away and ensured we were comfortable throughout, helping with discharge, scheduling follow ups, explaining medication, etc. Overall we highly recommend Lourdes. It might not be as shiny as some of the newer alternatives, but the staff and their attitude and competence are excellent.

UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE STAFF AND SERVICES. I had very bad experiences twice from this hospital. The first one was when I visited here when I had an injury in my ear and I enquired whether the doctor was available multiple times. The staff says the doctor is already available, but even after waiting for 45 minutes there, staff comes and says that he will be coming afternoon. It was their mistake and initiated the refund. later I came in with another person and the receptionist was very rude and arrogant. Then also I had my doubt so I asked whether the doctor is already arrived or not. They said the doctors are here . but after billing, the nurse said the doctor has gone for rounds . We dont expect such a behaviour from the staff because the patient was having an emergency and was already fainting and this is the behaviour from the nurse. Please don't ever visit this hospital for treatment. Better go to CITY Hospital. They have better staff and doctors who are friendly and helping.

I recently had an experience at this hospital that truly restored my faith in healthcare. From the moment I stepped in, the staff were courteous and attentive. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which was a huge relief during a stressful time. But what really stood out was Ward 44 - the care and compassion shown by the nurses and doctors there were exceptional. The treatment received was top-notch, and I'm grateful for the excellent care that helped my father recover. I'd highly recommend this hospital, especially Ward 44, to anyone in need of medical attention.

I'm so greatful for the exceptional Care I received at Lourdes hospital, particularly in 32 ward! The staffs were friendly, compassionate,and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and recovery.From the nurses to the doctors, everyone was dedicated and professional. Initially, I was taken to Kalamassery Medical College, but the treatment conditions there were extremely difficult, and my health was rapidly deteriorating. In a critical state, I was transferred to Lourdes Hospital. That decision changed everything. It was like being given a second chance at life.
