I were there at the hospital for the last two weeks. They're providing literally a wonderful treatment. The doctors are real experts and doing the best. The nursing care also should be appreciated. The rooms are also well maintained and hygienic. The food and delivery service is also admirable especially Mr.Sickey Guria (Liv blends staff) provided exceptional service with a smile! He served us with full manners and good behavior, making our experience truly memorable. Behavior and manners make all the difference in providing excellent services.

I was admitted to Aster Medcity on May 24, 2025, and I'm truly grateful for the care I received throughout my stay. The entire medical team -- doctors, nurses, and support staff -- provided excellent treatment with professionalism and compassion. From the initial phone call to discharge, I have nothing but praise for this institution. We spent the better part of a day at another hospital, waiting five hours to be told that an appointment was not available for inpatient services. So, I called Aster. Within two hours of my call to the International Lounge, we were able to consult with a specialist, undergo the required investigations, AND schedule surgery for the next morning! The staff at the International Lounge are extremely well-mannered and masters of customer service. The specialist we consulted--Dr. Frozen Khan--personally went out of his way to provide the services we needed. I have not observed this level of humility and care, from a surgeon no less, in my own country. Post-surgery care was as good as the preceding care, and we were able to leave in under 24 hours. I hope this institution maintains its exemplary level of patient oriented care. Thank you, Team Aster!

A wonderful experience since the time we entered the hospital. From the time we had out first Doctors appointment to the discharge time, everything was well taken care off. The Doctors visit were timely in the mornings. The nurses were always checking on the patient. The mess delivering quality good on time. Totally an exceptional service. Will definitely recomend to my relatives and friends.

We had a great experience at Aster Medcity. The hospital is well-organized, clean, and equipped with modern facilities. The doctors and nurses were professional, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. The process was smooth, and the care provided was excellent. During my hospital visit, I noticed some behaviors that need improvement. I kindly request visitors to follow these: 1. Keep Phones Silent - Switch your phone to silent or vibrate mode. 2. Speak Softly - Keep your voice low to avoid disturbing patients. 3. Limit Phone Use - Avoid long calls or playing loud videos or Step outside or to a designated area for phone calls. 4. Use Toilets Properly - Flush, keep them clean, and leave them tidy for the next user. The cleaning staff does their best, but it's our responsibility to maintain cleanliness. 5. Avoid Bringing Young Children - They may be prone to infections or cause disturbances. Let's be considerate and help maintain a peaceful environment. Thank you
