Excellent hospital with utmost care and support. Oncologist doctor Sourabh Radhakrishnan sir , now words such a humble and well experienced doctor. Even though we were unable to save our father's life , we are sure that the officials had done their level best in providing us the best available treatment and care . The infrastructure, facilities, canteen , guest house, nursing staff are all good.

I had a very positive experience at the Head and Neck Department of Amrita Hospital. The care and attention I received were truly commendable. I would especially like to appreciate the staff for their kind and respectful behavior throughout my visits. They were not only efficient and professional but also very patient and supportive, which made a big difference during my treatment process. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and compassion. Highly recommend this department for anyone seeking quality care.

Amartha Hospital seriously needs to upgrade its services and facilities. While ICU and procedure room restrictions are normal, here even patient relatives are not allowed inside the hospital building beyond the entrance, forcing them to wait outside. There's no proper canteen or cafeteria, and whatever is available is poor in quality. Even at the juice stall in front of G-block, I saw staff speaking rudely to customers -- saying things like, "If you want, you please take the lime" -- showing zero respect. For such a popular hospital, this level of service is unacceptable. I've visited Aster Medcity many times, and there's a world of difference -- no unnecessary restrictions, respectful dealings, excellent facilities, and a maintained class. Amartha Hospital should learn from and follow such world-class standards to improve comfort, trust, and satisfaction.

I think it is the best hospital in Kerala. Its treatment and other facilities are awesome. The doctors and sisters are very kind and helpful. The surrounding of this hospital is very calm and peace. The sisters in this hospital is like angels from heaven. They are very caring and lovely. We can ask any doubt to the doctors at any time. They will explain it without any hesitation. If you go to this hospital, your all sickness will go.

Last month, my mother underwent surgery at your Hospital. Their use of the latest medical equipment and state-of-the-art infrastructure ensured I received the best possible care.

I recently took my mom for a comprehensive medical checkup, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly warm, patient, and professional--making my mom feel completely at ease. Every test was conducted with great care and precision, and the coordination between departments was seamless. The doctors took the time to explain each result in detail and offered thoughtful guidance for her health going forward. The facilities were exceptionally clean, modern, and well-organized, which really reassured us.

During my visit, I observed that the pediatric doctors were preoccupied with a meeting, which resulted in a delay of nearly two hours in attending to patients. This situation is concerning as it impacts the timely care that patients require.
