Dr. St. Thomas Mission Hospital

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the hospital, mainly due to the unprofessional behavior of certain staff members. The elderly man at the pharmacy counter was particularly rude and unhelpful, showing no patience or courtesy while handling my queries. Instead of assisting me properly, he behaved arrogantly, making the whole process unnecessarily stressful. The X-ray department staff were no better. They were careless, dismissive, and treated patients with a shocking lack of respect. There was no proper guidance or communication, and their attitude reflected a complete lack of compassion and professionalism. Overall, the staff's behavior, especially in these departments, was unacceptable and left me deeply dissatisfied with the hospital's service.

Friendly experience from the staff. Security staff handle customers well Dr Krishnakumar is one of the senior physicians who have vast knowledge and experience. He will take time to check to get our old history and inform us how we should maintain our lifestyle. Dr Jerry (Orthopaedic) is another doctor usually many people come to consult. The hospital has an insurance desk. The billing counter doesn't accept UPI payments or Credit cards. The hospital has a canteen with minimal fare for food.

**Very arrogant staffs** had a very disappointing experience with the staff in the cardiology department. The staff, including the cardiologist, billing counter personnel, and pharmacists, were extremely unhelpful and displayed an arrogant attitude. They were unwilling to provide a copy of the doctor's prescription and seemed to assume that patients would automatically return for follow-up, regardless of how they were treated. The CARDIOLOGIST in particular, did not handle my concerns seriously or respectfully, despite me presenting with suspected cardiac issues. This lack of empathy and professionalism is deeply concerning, especially in such a critical department. Such behavior not only discourages patients from returning but also damages the hospital's reputation. I sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously and addresses the staff's attitude and approach to patient care. They are not calling according to Opd number based on your richest look....

We went to this hospital to see first time for the cardiac specialist Dr Thomas mathew. His behavior was very weird and he haven't explained anything in detail. I don't recommend anyone consulting the cardiologist in this hospital as the service is very bad and I also felt the cardiologist is not that knowledgeable in explaining the details. We just left the hospital without any further consultation. I also consulted another physician at this hospital and her name is Dr Celin and she told me to take CT scan to check for fatty liver since this hospital doesn't have Ultra sound. CT scan have a radiation rate of 7 mvS. So I felt like these doctors are just trying to make some money instead of recommending genuine treatments.

Very bad experience from staffs..Patients do not have any priority. Govt hospitals are better than this..Now a days govt hospitals provides very good treatment and good behaviour from staffs..I came here for my father's eye treatment.. staffs in ophthalmology department except doctors are very rude.. Overall very bad service

One of best hospital but the facilities are limited Dr. Riya Sara Thomas and nurses are so..good the nursing students are also soo helpful and kind hearted people's its a multi speciality hospital in kattanam

St. Thomas mission hospital Near Kattanam(local Area) Provides good Medical Service.... Situated Inside From Main Street..easy accessible place by transportation... lot of parking Structure ... Not a Rushy Mood So That Good atmosphere for patients.... Hospital provides it's own Ambulance Services... Dealing from staff Are Good

The oncology department in this hospital is excellent.the friendly nature of the doctor and staffs makes more comfortable. It is sad that most of them don't know about the facilities in oncology department in this hospital.
