Dr. Speciality Hospital Thana

I had a very disappointing experience at Speciality Hospital. I visited for an appointment and approached the front counter for information, but unfortunately, the staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. Despite asking twice, I did not receive any proper instructions or updates regarding whether the doctor had even arrived. There was no clear communication or system in place, and to make matters worse, some people were allowed to enter the doctor's cabin without being called, while we were left waiting for over an hour without any guidance. This lack of organization and courtesy made the entire experience frustrating and stressful. I genuinely hope the hospital takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their staff training and appointment management.

I recently had a very disappointing and emotionally distressing experience with the (radio surgery) theatre staff at Speciality hospital.While I had hopes for a safe and supportive environment, what I encountered left me with a heavy heart. The attitude and approach of some of the staff were far from professional or compassionate. In a place where patients expect empathy, understanding, and care--especially in such sensitive situations--I felt judged, neglected, and emotionally drained. No one deserves to feel this way in a healthcare setting. I sincerely hope the hospital management looks into the behaviour and communication standards of their theatre team. Patients walk in with fear and trust--we deserve to be treated with dignity, not indifference. Until improvements are made, I find it hard to recommend this hospital to others.

Worst experience happened in KANNUR. No good doctors, if you get an accident Dr. Will treat you from her chair without touching even with out coming near to you.... I recommend all of you to go Govt hospital, safe & save your pocket. There is more & more complaints....

I visited this hospital for a consultation with Dr. Pradeep (Orthopaedics), and my experience was highly disappointing. Though the doctor arrived at 11 AM, he went on a lunch break at 2:30 PM and did not return until after 4 PM, leaving patients waiting for a long time without any updates or assistance. The service overall was extremely poor--nurses displayed a lack of professionalism and seemed indifferent to patient needs. Despite the ongoing summer heat, the hospital lacks proper air conditioning and only provides a noisy fan for comfort. To add to the discomfort, there's just one small TV in the entire waiting hall, offering little to no relief during the long wait times. This level of service is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare facility.

Come here only as a last choice--poor management, endless waits, and zero respect for patients' time. OP ticket costs 500, but the hospital doesn't respect patients' time. I arrived at 12 noon with token no. 19 (Dr was available since 11:30 AM). The staff told me to come by 12:15 PM, but the doctor left for a 1.5-hour lunch break. I had to wait until 5 PM just for a consultation. Poor management and no concern for patients' waiting time. PATHETIC

I had a bad experience at the specialty hospital the doctor was okay but the behavior of the nurses was very bad one nyt they didn't give the medicine one tym so we asked about it after that their behaviour towards us become even worse

No use in consulting in this hospital. The hospital faculty doesn't care about patients time they only want money.I reached here at 11 in the morning to consult my orthodontist and I am still waiting here , it's past 4 in the evening. Doesn't know how long I should wait. The fee structure is 550 for me. Will never ever comeback to this place.

This hospital is not accepting digital payment for consultation. Doctor consultation fee is 550 rupees(may be vary for other doctor, but not sure) and they are accepting cash only. I didn't received any receipt for consultation fee payment. Only received doctor slip with token number. There is no option to book an appointment through phone, I think the hospital management is not aware of digital payment methods, OTHERWISE IT WILL BE AN INCOME TAX EVASION
