Awful experience. Absolutely no hygiene protocols are followed here. My dad was in the ICU, none of them are wearing mask or gloves. Risk of infection is insane. Staffs are inconsiderate and rude, almost brainless people and ignorant including the doctors. None of them give a straight answer. If you don't want any harm, don't go here. Cleanliness is 0

Worst buildings , very old and practically not usable wheel chair for patients, i bring my grandma in this chair , cant move and foot rest is not good and high risk of fall, please you are taking our money , please atleast give a good wheel chair.
This is a 40+ year old Hospital is in a state of complete confusion and disorder!... It's infrastructure is unplanned.. is too crowded, administration doesn't know to manage the crowd and patient. Lacks in sanitisation as well.. Patients throw plastic bags, coffee cups, plastic bottles all around the corners. The ward rooms are also not clean..cockroaches running around.. beds are like log of wood! Overall ..You don't get a GOOD FEEL and Doctors are also in a HURRY to clear the patients.. they don't give proper attention.
Poor infrastructure and uncomfortable building design. The atmosphere inside felt suffocating, which can be distressing for both patients and visitors. At the reception, only one or two staff members were genuinely helpful and professional their service was a positive part of the experience. The hospital does have several skilled doctors, and their expertise is one of the few strengths of the hospital.. a serious issue during the visit. A friend of mine sat on a broken chair, which tore their dress. We reported this to the hospital's PRO, but the response was completely indifferent. Despite the risk of injury or further damage, no action was taken to fix or replace the chair. Even during a subsequent visit, the chair remained in the same damaged condition.

One of the old hospitals in kannur. My wife's delivery was in March 2023 this year. We took a room in the new building 2 Ac rooms. Their nurse and house keeping are very good. Their care I am satisfied and giving big thumbs up . Also doctor Amar, big thanks for the successful operation. Negatives are. But the new building also looks old. Post operative section, nurses (I think they work only in this hospital, they don't know how to talk to patients and relatives) and nursing assistants are also behaving rude. My wife underwent such things after the operation at post operative unit. She did not tell me the staff such behaviours, if i know directly inform the management. Also such a big hospital unavailability of a good canteen. Very bad experience in the canteen and unhygienic condition
Very bad experience I must say First of all for ultrasound take 3 hours long stay ( not consider if the baby crying or children are very much stubborn)it should be reported
