My father-in-law underwent kidney stone removal laser procedure by Dr. Sooraj Vijayan and with Dr. Roy as General Medicine. His experience was very smooth from start to finish. The nurses and all staff both in the private ward section and urology were good. Happy experience.

Very Disrespectful - No Empathy for Patients (Gastroenterology) We went to this lady doctor because my mother, who had her gallbladder removed 2 years ago, was in severe stomach pain after eating something. When my mother mentioned that fasting increases her pain, the doctor shouted at her, saying, "There's no need to take fast! Who told you to fast?" Yes, it may not be good for her health, but as Muslims, fasting is part of our faith. The doctor could have politely advised against fasting due to medical reasons -- instead, she made my mother feel disrespected and scared. A little kindness and understanding goes a long way, especially when patients are already suffering.other services and doctors are good.

Disappointed with the level of care provided in the ward section. Most of the nursing staff appear inexperienced and unprofessional. There is a serious lack of communication among them, leading to conflicting advice being given to us. This kind of inconsistency is not just confusing for the patient's family, but potentially dangerous for recovery.

Pls never go here for treatment This is hell. My grandfather was admitted to Dhanlaxmi Hospital with low sodium levels and aspiration pneumonia. For one week, he was treated in the ICU where he received support from the doctors(specific doctor). The doctors here are truly excellent -- very professional, attentive, and skilled. But, However, everything changed once he was shifted to the ward. I have never seen such a terrible team of nurses and staff members. Their behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. Most of the work was left to college students, including first-year students who were completely inexperienced and scared. Shockingly, these juniors were asked to feed my grandfather through a tube -- something that should be handled only by trained nurses for such a sensitive patient. In times of emergency, there was no one to assist. There were no male staff members available, and when we asked for help, we were rudely told, "We are busy, there's no one else." This was a heartbreaking experience for us as family members, seeing him in such a vulnerable condition. The night shift staff were even worse. They had no idea about the patients under their care, as there was absolutely no proper communication between shifts. Nurses forced us, the bystanders, to learn and perform feeding through the tube because they said they were too busy to do it themselves. One nurse didn't even fix the vaporizer mask properly, risking my grandfather's health even further. It felt like there were devils wearing angelic uniforms; instead of caring for patients, they made the situation even more stressful and dangerous. Due to this terrible experience with the nurses and staff, we had no choice but to shift him to another hospital where he could receive the proper care he deserves. Nurses are supposed to be like second gods to patients, offering love, care, and compassion -- but here, it was the complete opposite. This was the worst and most heartbreaking hospital experience I have ever witnessed. We had high expectations from Dhanlaxmi Hospital, but it turned into a nightmare. Never expected such bad service from a place we trusted.

The doctors and nurses were truly exceptional. Facilities were modern and clean, and staff's attention to detail was impressive. They made my experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Highly recommend!"

There is a Gastro Dr. Kavitha at Dhanalakshmi, it was my worst experience consulting her. The consultation fee is 500 but the treatment was trashy. She didn't completely hear my issues. She spoke arrogantly. Even spoke badly in a suppressing way. As a patient who went to consult, I would say her consulting is 100% bad. Still I bought the medicines she prescribed and had it correctly, but my illness is not cured. She even gave false information relating to my disease, which I later found out by checking Google thoroughly. I would suggest anyone who is looking forward to consulting a Gastro, to enquire well about the doctor before consulting. I would never suggest someone to Dhanalakshmi hospital for gastro consulting to this doctor.

I went to Dhanalakshmi Hospital for my mother's treatment. Some of the people working at the reception, pharmacy, etc. felt a lack of familiarity. The doctor is very good. I had insurance and the insurance staff also felt a lack of familiarity.But there was a personality that surprised me. He comforted me.I was really scared when the insurance approval was delayed. He told me many things that I didn't know. When I was worried that I didn't have enough money to pay the security deposit, he told me that if I want, he will spend time in the hospital until the approval comes.After depositing a small amount of security, he left the patient. Moreover, he understood my problem and informed me as soon as the approval came in the night. Thank you Baiju sir. People like you who have good heart and willingness to serve are really the wealth of an organization.
