Mansoor Hospital - My Delivery Experience Came solely for the doctor's reputation. Everything else was disappointing. Staff attitude: unhelpful and dismissive at registration and admission Deluxe room hygiene: cockroaches, dust, unemptied bins, strong odor Pain relief: no epidural offered; labor was very painful Baby care: timely newborn care, but no breastfeeding support--first feeding after 5 hours Phototherapy room on the 3rd floor: had to climb 3 flights 4-6 times a day Hygiene concerns: rooms and corridors smelled stale; common areas not properly cleaned Overall: Delivered baby well, but mother's comfort and room sanitation were severely lacking.

Very poor service. calling bell is not working and complaint and not sort it out even after complaints. Hot water given only at intervals, with long waits. We need to beg them and they were like just. Will complain in the reception and no response.Cleaning is done once. Nurses respond late . Basic hygiene and facilities are badly lacking. Not recommended.

TBH, i regret the decision of admitting my 1 year old nephew in this hell hole. Management is keen in getting the bill paid even for the gloves used but this hospital is more like a lodge. Dirty, stinky and no track of a patients treatment or medicine taken. Crowded as hell and no control on visitors or people who can stay with the person admitted. Wouldn't recommend in this lifetime or next. Dear management, take money but try to at-least put minimum effort.

March 29, 2025, I was extremely disappointed with the behavior of one of the security staff. While people were waiting outside, he used inappropriate and disrespectful language, including double-meaning words directed at women. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a place where people come seeking care and safety. I urge the hospital management to take immediate action and replace this individual to maintain the hospital's reputation and ensure a respectful environment for all visitors.

Came and admitted here only by hearing about a doctor but rest everything are very poor. Service from medical and other staff are very pathetic and admitting rooms are very cleanliness. the hospital side has not taking serious about hygiene. We should need to wear mask or something for survival from bad smell coming from somewhere.
