    The doctors are amazing, especially Dr. Abdul Kader, who is specialized in treating children's . His care and expertise were truly appreciated. However, the pharmacy service is extremely disappointing. There are two billing counters, and the process is very slow. First, we have to wait for a bill to be generated. Only after that will the authorized staff collect the medicines. The real issue is that the billing staff seem more interested in chatting with each other than serving patients. For just one bill, it took them nearly 10 to 15 minutes. After billing, we are required to go to another counter to make the payment, and then return to the pharmacy. At the pharmacy's right-side counter, there are three lady staff members. Here's how inefficiently the process works: One staff member collects the medicine, She then hands it over to a second staff member, who writes usage instructions on the packet, Then a third staff member finally brings the medicine to the customer. I waited for almost 55 minutes for just two medicines, and I still don't understand why three people are needed for something that could be handled much faster by one efficient person. This level of delay and disorganization in the pharmacy needs serious improvement.

    I come with my wife in arimala hospital, she had a minor operation so Once my wife went to operation post ward i have to stay back, wating area hardly 10 chairs, that's not enough, and other problem I saw there one patient accompanied with 5others, hospital management should control this, so many people standing hours because no chairs to sit Thank you Suresh.

    Worst pharmacy system in the hospital.. patients keep on waiting for long time and bigger queue for the medicine.. DON'T MAKE THE PATIENTS MORE SICK....

    Good care taken by doctors and nurses here.. Neat and tidy rooms and bathroom.. Bit crowdy for op.. Ample car parking facility.. Only one drawback is there is no lift here.. They wont accept cards and online payments as doctor fees.. And there is no ATM near by.. And also keep the medicinal bills in hand for entire treatment period.. They wil prescribe the medicine for a month and more and change it after a week.. If u need a replacement u have to submit each and every bills.. The won't accept any type of health insurance cards..i think the management is only interested in eating money.. All the staffs are very polite and cooperative.. There is good and neat canteen in the premises..

    I had worst experience with fathima staff from token area. First make her understand how to deal with patients!! It's my 2nd time, bad experience with her. She was behaving very rudely infront of other patients. So kindly take any action regarding against her misbehavior!! Really disappointed!!!

    The reception staff/ op staff appeared to be uninformed about the doctor's schedule despite my appointment booked through the GoToken app and confirmed via telephone. This resulted in a considerable waste of time, approximately 1.5 hours, prompting me to leave. Additionally, the pharmacy system exhibited deficiencies, with no staff available for assistance, and a group of employees was observed sitting idly.
