One of the best hospital in irinjalakuda. I received good service from there. Especially the reception staff were so friendly and comfortable. They explained everything clearly.Overall was good but the waiting time must be improved.

Disappointing Experience at Metro Hospital, Irinjalakuda "I'm extremely dissatisfied with my third consecutive bad experience at Metro Hospital. The main issue is the blatant disregard for scheduled appointment times - doctors are consistently late, wasting precious patient time. Management needs to prioritize punctuality and respect the value of patients' time. Contrary to claims of 'service,' we're actually paying for subpar experiences. I hope the administration takes corrective action to maintain timely consultations."

I went there for an antigen test. For the test we have to pay Rs.300/- which is normal and if we need test result print or pdf file we need to pay an additional Rs.150/- as doctor consultation fee then only we can get hard copy or soft copy of the result. Which is really disappointing

Bad experience. Especially the staff nurse in paediatric section. That lady is behaving very rude. Scolding even kids Their attitude is like giving service in free of cost We had a very bad experience. Even though doctor is good

Very bad experience with staff and reception ladies..even after taking appointment and reaching hospital on time.they are not considering people who came first.just sending random people based on the booking they did through phone..pathetic service.

Metro Hospital is one of the good healthcare facilities in Irinjalakuda. The doctors and reception staff are well behaved. There is also good parking facility.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent experience at your hospital. Today, I contacted your hospital via telephone to inquire about scheduling a lab test. The staff assured me that the test could be processed, prompting me to travel approximately one hour to reach your facility. However, upon arrival, I was dismayed to find that the doctor and staff refused to process the test, citing no clear reasons. What's more concerning was the lack of empathy or concern for the valuable time I had invested. I was not offered any alternative solutions or explanations, leaving me feeling disrespected and inconvenienced. As a patient, I expect a certain level of care, respect, and communication. I hope you will investigate this incident and take necessary steps to improve your hospital's communication, customer service, and patient care.
