Dr. Krishna Hospital

Rating: Visited Krishna Hospital in Kochi recently. It's located on Chittoor Road and also has an entrance from MG Road, which is quite convenient. That said, the hospital feels like it's stuck in the 90s -- the infrastructure is old, and there's very little computerization. Most of the processes are still manual, which can make things feel slow and outdated. One thing that stood particularly out was the lack of proper security. For a hospital of this size, it felt a bit concerning. There were posters on the floor warning people to be cautious of strangers and to keep their valuables safe -- not something you would expect to see. To be honest, it didn't give me a great sense of safety. On the positive side, the hospital staff were generally helpful and polite, which made the experience a bit better. But overall, the place could really use some modernization -- both in terms of infrastructure and systems. Also, hospital charges seemed on the higher side compared to other hospitals in the area, especially considering the outdated setup. In short, it's functional, but there's a lot of room for improvement.

Dr. Valsaraj, the general physician is exactly what we were seeking. Someone who takes time to understand and is extremely patient with even the most annoying patients. He does not over prescribe or build anxiety. He explains and guides with patience. I am tremendously impressed by this approach and the doctor.

Very poor service experience on 25/06/2025. We booked a doctor's appointment two days in advance, but when we arrived, the reception nurses had no record of it. They seemed completely unaware and unhelpful. Even when we asked for basic information about the doctor's availability, they had no answers. It felt like they were just sitting there without doing their job. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. Not expected from a hospital!

This physio therapy is a very good and beneficial treatment. I thank Dr. Ramaswamy for recommending this treatment to ease my problem. He has always had my good health in mind for which I am truly grateful. Ms. Vincy was efficient, friendly, helpful, caring and extremely good to me.

This makes me feel so frustrated because..i parked my scooter to prevent from rain and there was leaks and even though there was a security they didn't care about leaks n all... I dont think this is good

Dr Krishnan, ICU nurses, Nursing superintendents, all nursing staff on 2nd floor, all cleaning staff, Lab technicians, you all did an amazing job. Each one of you were so caring and helpful to us. On Friday I came to see ENT for the purpose of severe throat pain . I met Dr Priyanka for consultation ,her behaviour and way of consulting is so awesome she explain each and everything very clearly to the patients . Now am better okay nd am happy to say thank you to ENT specialist Dr Priyanka and also thank you Krishna hospital .
