Dr. Koyas Hospital

Date of Visit: 2nd June Purpose: Fitness Checkup I visited your medical centre today for a fitness checkup and was very impressed by the front desk staff. There were three ladies at the front desk, and despite being very busy, they handled everything professionally and with a positive attitude. I raised a small issue, and they addressed it promptly and kindly within minutes. Their support, clear guidance, and respectful communication made a real difference to my experience. Please pass on my appreciation to them--they are a great asset to your hospital, and their hard work does not go unnoticed. Thank you!

I had visited koyas hospital managing staffs for the purpose of refunding my medical examination as the medical center got banned and their licence also got cancelled. I had the worst experience from the management side that they didn't followed the basic manners decorum while communicating about my concern.

Recently visited the gynecologist. Even though booked the appointment through tele phone prior to the visit, had waited a long to meet the doctor. For better client satisfaction they have to work on a lot to improve Dr appointment system. Nevertheless we have to consider the fact that Dr is always available for emergency situation in labour room. That's a great thing.

Koyas Hospital - Extremely Disappointing Experience On 09/06/25 at 11:45 PM to 10/06/25 at 12:30 AM, I was asked to buy the same medicine twice. They completely avoid keeping proper paper records, and the overall service is very poor. Staff behavior is rude, careless, and highly unprofessional. Definitely not recommended.

I visited the hospital as part of the GCC medical program and observed some highly effective practices. Each staff member offered assistance in their own unique manner. The doctor communicated effectively and provided clear explanations. Even with a demanding schedule, he maintained a professional approach. I am very pleased with my experience. I would like to extend my special thanks to the doctor.

Very bad experience from doctor mr.poker He will approve the medical only if we pay him extra money. So kindly inform the agency to change medical center if you dont want to spend extra money. It is possible to change.
