Hospital service is good.. No planing..No time keeping.. Example. If we are asking Dr shyamlal sir op timing.. Staff tell..11.00 hrs.. then we reached 10.30..but op will not 10 hrs..and not allowed " previous token"".. and some VIP can enter Dr room any time but common people not allowed.. Today they said Op at 10.00am..but not yet started .

How is it even legal to run this hospital? Frequent power outage, no staff to attend patients even in OT, and fire exit it blocked because rain water was leaking and the steps were wet. I mean in case of fire die in fire or by slipping down the steps.

1 star for the staff at the pharmacy. I have visited SNM hospital multiple times for my family's health issues. I always found the person (Male around 80) in the pharmacy very unprofessional and condescending. He lacks basic human empathy and is rude to any inquiries. I thought he was a mute and ignored. Today I asked others to verify and came to know he is always like this to everyone. I found his attitude unfit for a hospital and he should undergo some basic training on how to view people in need with empathy. I am filing a complaint against him and expecting a change in his behaviour the next time I visit or i have to re-look into other hospital options.

I tried calling the hospital multiple times, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone at the reception. It's quite disappointing, especially when people call in emergencies or for important information. I hope the management looks into this issue and ensures better responsiveness in the future.

We had a really bad experience...Came to consult Dr. Venugopal Ortho on 18/5/25.. Doctor's behaviour was good..But the nurse along with him was very rude and arrogant...This type of behaviour towards patients is not acceptable..The management should take serious note of the nurse's unprofessional behaviour.

"Extremely Disappointed with the Attender Service" We had a deeply disappointing experience at this hospital while caring for my 91- Year-old grandmother, who was in a disoriented state due to liver failure. The attender team, sourced from an external agency ( Blue dressed Team ) , displayed shocking levels of irresponsibility and neglect. They failed to provide the necessary assistance when urgently required, leaving us to struggle with basic patient needs. Despite multiple calls from the nursing station to bring a wheelchair, they would not arrive on time, forcing us to personally search for them. Their lack of promptness and compassion added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. It is unacceptable that a hospital of this standard allows such negligence in patient care. I sincerely hope the management takes immediate action to improve the quality and responsiveness of their attender services to prevent other families from facing such distress.

I had a terrible experience at this hospital. My grandmother, who was a critical patient in the ICU, was left unattended as the nurses on night duty fell asleep while monitoring her. This negligence is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism and care. It feels like the hospital is more focused on making money than ensuring patient safety. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone.

Had a productive interaction with the administrative staff today and they provided corrections in birth certificate without any delay after providing the required documents. All the staff in the admin block were really friendly and helpful.
