Severely understaffed. They show little to no commitment to the patients. Only one or two showed any sort of compassion. Most of the nursing staff are more concerned with gossip than taking care of patient. Sometimes even forgoing providing medication to the patient. No hygiene to speak of. Would not recommend.

My mother was diagnosed with lung cancer stage 4 in 2023 december and she was under treatment of Dr Rony since 1 year. On 30/12/2024 after 05:00PM , she came to see Dr Rony for chemotherapy/ radiation therapy to manage her pain and suddenly during consultation, she felt mild breathing difficulty.Therefore doctor advised for admission .After admission , she was comfortable with 2-3 liters of oxygen and nebulization. She slept nicely in the night without oxygen support. On 31/12/2024 also she was comfortable without oxygen and doing her activities of daily life without any support from others. But since 03:30 PM , she started to use oxygen while going to washroom and with each other simple movements . Suddenly , the oxygen which is used from the wall mounted area gets stopped.Then her condition was starts to worsen.They they provided one small oxygen cylinder for meantime.Along with that , nurse was conveyed that, they cannot give this cylinder to one patient , as this is the only one cylinder available in this hospital and which will use for other patients transfer too. (How poor the standard of this hospital) We were totally disappointed.At that moment , my mother needs good supply of oxygen to relieve her breathing difficulty. (meantime they did some blood investigations, chest x-ray ..etc) We approached Dr Rony, we got 100% negligence and ignorance from him. He never used any empathetic words , instead of that , he said " we will see whether she will die or no ". Dr Rony /Nurses/hospital management did not inform us about the NON AVAILABILITY OF CPAP, BIPAP AND VENTILATOR FACILITY. When we came to know that , they are waiting for our mother's death not for saving her life, we requested for referral. After our request , referral wrote by another duty doctor(who advised for lakeshore hospital) , he is the one told us(very late) there no other facilities for support if any emergency happens. From his words , we realized that our mother is at extreme level risk. If they would have told us earlier , we can transfer her at the earliest. This critical situation , we transferred our mother to lakeshore hospital WITHOUT A NURSE AND A DOCTOR.And in the middle of the way, we lost our mother. Please don't be the victim of such kind of hospitals and doctors We know stage 4 cancer is not curable, but prompt action, prioritise care and necessary needed equipments will extend their life. Please think!! it may happen to your family also.

Not explain patient conditions, no proper check up ex:blood test and other tests,not good doctors and experience staffs.

Worst Experience ever.. Self has visited the centre with my Dad and waited for long hours to get consulted the doctor and after all the procedures of CT and other things, they gave me some ambiguous conclusions. They are not even bothered to provide the diagnostic CT results and all and the front desk / reception people were too arrogant in dealing with. The behaviour and attitude is totally unethical for such a delicate and sophisticated line of service. Never recommend anyone this hospital eventhough Im residing nearby this place . It's a real shame to the Assisi sisters of Mary immaculate who manages this hospital.

Highly recommended for cancer treatments. Well facilated hospital with experienced doctors.Good quality treatment received for my mother, also for a reasonable hospital expense.Thankful to Dr.surij salih, Dr.somarajan and Dr. Mohan

One of the best and ecconomical hospital in Cancer treatment in Kerala. Highly experienced docotors and caring staff.. Set in serene surroundings which eases your mind of all worries and anxiety.

Senior Doctor and some staffs are not talking in goid maner and rude to patient families.
