The doctor is okay. The other hospital facilities are very bad. The processes for medicine and bill payments are very slow, which wastes hours of our time. There are very few staff members in the billing section, reception, and pharmacy. They do not value our time ..

I went to hospital for my daughter 1 year vaccination it was took more than 2 hours. So many proccedurs for consultant, billing and pharmacy and more over risk for children holding more than 2 hours in OP area... Very bad management very poultry behavior from staff and doctor....unfortunately no hospital and clinical facility near by the area bad luck from local area guys....

Doctors are ok. But there is a shortage of professional staffs here. If u have lots of time to waste, then you can go this hospital. Very rush every time. The hospital is little expensive compared to the facilities.

99%business.. very bad behaviour to poor people. Every thing is on the way basis of financial capacity. No humanness. Canteen is saw blade.

Good services from the doctors ,very bad service after that ,you need to wait almost 1 hour to get the medicine,poor working in billing section and pharmacy..need to improve the service.

The laboratory staffs are very arrogant and unprofessional. They will wait you outside about 4 hours for usual blood sugar results without any consideration. Online booking is another scam. But the management and staffs are very bad. Don't opt this hospital if you have some other better option. hospital charges are also huge as compared to other multi-speciality hospitals in Ernakulam.

Terrible experience at this hospital. The nurses were extremely rude and unhelpful. When I asked to see the doctor's prescription, they outright refused, stating that they couldn't show it. It was clear that they had no regard for the patients' well-being. Shockingly, I had to instruct them on how to properly plaster the hand, and they didn't even bother to assist the patient in sitting upright. Completely unacceptable behavior and lack of professionalism.

It feels like it's going to take an eternity just to get the medicine from the pharmacy -- the line is endless, the wait unbearable, and time seems to be crawling slower with every passing second.
