My father was recently admitted to Rajagiri Medical Center, Angamaly, and I must say, we had a really good experience. The first thing I noticed was how clean and hygienic the rooms and toilets were. It made a huge difference in keeping my father comfortable during his stay. The nursing staff was excellent, always attentive and quick to respond. Anytime we needed help, we just had to press the button near the bed, and within 30 seconds, someone would be there. That kind of efficiency really stood out. The doctors were kind, professional, and did their job well. They explained things properly and made sure my father got the best care. The administration staff was also very helpful, checking in with us everyday to ask for feedback and immediately sorting out any issues. Even the canteen food was surprisingly good, which is rare for hospitals! It was fresh and well-prepared, making the whole experience even better. I'm really happy with the service at Rajagiri Medical Center. The staff is caring, the facilities are well-maintained, and they genuinely prioritize patient comfort. Definitely a hospital I would recommend!

I had a disappointing experience with my recent ENT appointment. I was informed by the staff to report at 10:40, as the doctor would be available until 11:00. However, I was only able to consult the doctor at 12:30. To ensure better service and patient satisfaction, kindly provide accurate information regarding appointment timings.

Had a very good experience at Rajagiri Hospital during my visit for a consultation. The hospital is clean, efficient, and staff are cooperative. Ms. Lakshmi at the front office was especially helpful--she assisted us with the registration process and answered all our questions with a smile. Really appreciate her support.

Dr. Joseph is a good physician there. Better hospital for small medical needs. The only problem is the pharmacy is so slow in processing. Good canteen. Less Car parking space There is no MRI scan there. The pharmacist was preoccupied with phone calls and copied incorrect information on the medical bill, which was necessary for insurance purposes. Despite requests, she was unwilling to correct the errors. Furthermore, she displayed disrespect towards my elderly parents and ultimately refused to dispense the prescribed medications.
