My father recently underwent bilateral total knee replacement at Rajagiri Hospital, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The surgery was performed by Dr. Murukan Babu, and I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for his exceptional care, skill, and professionalism. From the initial consultation through the surgery and recovery, Dr. Murukan Babu and the entire medical team ( especialy Ms Shija and Ms Nanditha) were incredibly supportive and thorough. The procedure went smoothly, and the post-operative and the Joint replacement ICU team were outstanding. Thanks to Dr. Murukan babu's expertise, my fathers mobility has improved dramatically. The facilities at Rajagiri Hospital are top-notch, and the staff is kind, efficient, and attentive. I have undergone a treatment for my left shoulder by Dr. Philip K Thomas of Orthopedics Department. He was very understanding and his treatment was excellent. He is a kindhearted person as well. I recommend him always as I had a very good experience from him. I had taken treatments from other hospital as well. But the the treatment from Dr. Philip was outstanding and I am completely satisfied and happy with his treatment. More than a doctor I feel him as a family to me. That much approachable and down to person. He treatment was excellent and I am on my path of recovery.

I did implant removal surgery by Dr. Philip K Thomas. I am extremely satisfied with his treatment. He explained to me about everything in a way which i can understand easily. All the staffs were very nice. I flew down from Maldives for the treatment and it was worth it. I am extremely satisfied with Dr. Philip's treatment.

Hospital was great before now the waiting rooms are full, our appointment was 11:00. Offcourse they need to do blood work and ECG . All done by 11: 00 ready and waiting for 4 hours nothing yet. They say was over booking. Just for consultation taking all this time. Its not organized at all. Once it used to be . If bussy and not emergency why they book . Very disappointed.

first visit to this hospital and I am impressed. The outpatient area is well maintained and unlike many other hospitals, the crowd is not there. They have adopted some good scheduling techniques to maintain the rush and the queues. Visited again and found that the profit motive has spoiled the Rajagiri brand and reputation. Patient care is compromised for profit motive. In my most recent visit, I found many reasons of lapse of quality healthcare and service. Tried to meet the director Fr. But as I expected, there is a hierarchy and I was not able to meet him. I spoke with the quality department (run by two doctors who have no process experience). They seem to understand the quality issues and why quality is compromised repeatedly. But the follow up is not there and I see Rajagiri going into more quality issues and the brand getting diluted. My doubt is that there is a leadership issue here. The canteen is a mess during lunch hours and there is no way to control the crowd. It looks like a bus stand. There is absolutely no help from the help desk . The phone network was down and I requested the help desk to book an Uber for me. It seems like Rajagiri is living in the past in terms of customer service and patient care. They have no idea how good hospitals are run these days.
