I would like to sincerely thank Sahrudaya hospital for the exceptional care and compassion they have shown me as a dialysis patient. From the medical team to the support staff, every person here treats patients with dignity, kindness, and professionalism. The faculty is well maintained, the procedures are carried out with great skill, and the atmosphere gives a sense of comfort and hope. I am deeply greated for their dedication and the positive difference they have made in my life.

I had an excellent experience at Sahrudaya Hospital , Alappuzha. From the moment I arrived, the staff was kind, attentive, and highly professional. The nurses and doctors made me feel safe, informed, and cared for every step of the way (St.Thomas Block). The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated how quickly I was seen and treated. I'm truly grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical attention.

I am under treatment for rib fracture past 6days and doctor announced discharge on morning 11. But god grace, just before half an hour the duty nurse knew about it. My one day "KUDAAA GAVAAAA". Appreciate

Recently my mother (Padmini P K) was admitted at 3rd floor. The services provided including nursing, cleaning, security etc was excellent. The duty nurses were very helpful and sincerely carrying out their duties. Special thanks to Dr.Hegde Sir for treating my Mom.

I recently had an experience with Dr. Mariam, skin specialist, and I must say I was disappointed with her attitude. As a patient, I believe it is important to feel comfortable and respected. Doctors should always strive to be compassionate and patient, especially when dealing with individuals who may already be anxious about their health. A little kindness and understanding can go a long way in making a patient feel heard and cared for .

1) got token to meet gynaecologist at 10 am. Met her at 2pm! We spent just 10 mins with her for that we had to wait 4 hrs. 2) extreme over use of room freshner. not good for babies and people with respiratory problems. interiors are not well ventilated. corridors are narrow with low ceiling. many rooms dont have windows. 3) it's a good hospital for geriatrics and treatment for old people. won't recommend for obstetrics.

I am trying to report a very bad incident I experienced at Sahridaya Hospital. I approached Sahridaya Hospital regarding my mother's surgery. The nurses, doctors, and reception staff there treated us very well and cooperated nicely. To know about the surgery rates and other details, we consulted the financial counselor, Ms. Megha. We received very poor treatment from Ms. Megha. Her behavior was very rude. We felt like we were being treated as just another patient who came for surgery. She spoke to us with arrogance and attitude. Because of the difficulty we faced in communicating with Megha, I decided not to proceed with the surgery there, and we left. My mother is now undergoing surgery at another hospital, where she is safe and well cared for. Initially, I thought about reporting this matter to the authorities, but since a friend of mine had a similar experience with Ms. Megha and other staff members, I have chosen to post this as a review instead. With such staff, I have no interest in returning to this hospital, and I will never recommend this hospital to anyone. I also have a minor complaint regarding the parking facilities. It would be much better if the parking area is improved a little. Apart from these two issues, I am happy with everything else at Sahridaya Hospital.
