Online appointment are not given preference.They don't value patients time. Online appointment will be considered after direct walk in patients. The front office reception team and Hr team needs to be trained, needs improvement. Issue resolved. Thanks for immediate reply. Good treatment. Helpfull staff.

Extremely disappointing experience with both the hospitality and appointment management at this clinic. Despite informing them in advance about our visit, my 86-year-old grandmother was made to wait for nearly two hours. When we inquired, we were told it's a walk-in system and patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis--yet we were given the last slot. There was absolutely no consideration for age or urgency, which is deeply concerning. Even patients in critical condition appear to receive no priority. Frankly, we would have received better care had we gone directly to a hospital instead of coming here. Very poor service and a lack of empathy toward patients.
