I have been admitted my wife Mrs. Ambika M in Maax hospital Dr. Shonali madam and Dr. Vijayashree madam is more than just a doctors - they are like a mother to her patients. From the very first consultation, they made us feel safe, heard and truly cared for. Their warmth, patience and gentle approach immediately put me at ease and they took the time to explain every detail with kindness and reassurance They treats her patients with the same love and concern a mother wound, always ensuring that we feel comfortable and supported. Her expertise is unmatched, and she goes above and beyond to provide the best care possible We are truly grateful to have found such an incredible Gynaecologist Dr. Shonali madam and Dr. Vijayashree madam is not just a doctors, they are guardian angel for women's health. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate, expert care. And ward is very clean and supportive nursing care. Thank you so much

Especially am saying about Dr MANJUNATH from cardiac department. Yesterday I had admitted my mother. They have given a wrong report and miss guiding us. They told about kidney and heart failure by reffering the wrong report. Then after getting right report they are not informing any thing. Shame full peoples, ethic less. I am expressing it with a great pain from my heart. They had made it a bleady business in the name of treatment to fill their pockets. By playing with my mother life. Especially cardiac department

Neuro Department - They don't seem to understand the meaning of an appointment. They'll give you a time -- say 1 PM -- and ask you to come, but when you arrive, you'll find a crowd of patients already waiting. If you ask, they'll say the doctor isn't there yet and they don't know when he'll come. You end up waiting at least 2-3 hours for your turn. This has happened to me more than 3 or 4 times.. Once I have waited more than 5 hours.. Pathetic!!

Worst and pathetic experience with MaAx super speciality hospital as I was taking care of my dad who got admitted due to illness during June 26th to July 2nd 2021.These are my observations and pain points experienced during the above said period. #1.Doctors and nursing staffs are extremely great.They deserve 5 star rating.Big salute for their professionalism and kind hearted behaviour,attitude. #2.Pathetic front line administrative staff.It starts with billing,they accept card payments only if the transactional amount is more than 500INR.They upfront deny the payment, they won't honour your request to accept cards for lower transactions like 300,350rs. #3.Administrative and facility management staff won't adhere to any good practices which needs to be followed in health care industry. #4.They have only one elevator which is being used for transportation of everything, from hazards waste management to patients, attendants transportation. #5.Elevator neither have any emergency calling phone connection facility,nor having any contact details to be used for breakdown incase power failure. #6.One of most neglected behaviour of facility management staff is, they carry bio hazards waste along with patients and patients attendants in common elevator.They don't even know what procedures to be taken care for dumping these wastes. #7.Need to wait for atleast 20-30 minutes to take elevator facility from ground floor to top floor CCU located on 5th floor. #8.Inspite of many requesitions and feedback given to concerned persons who take care of these facility management staffs, their attitude and willingness towards patients attendants was negligent. #9.After completion of my father's treatment in CCU doctor suggested to shift to Ward for observations for 2 days.Henceforth I requested for Special ward.The infrastructure of so called special ward was so worst and hopeless.The photos of special ward is attached.The wash room didn't had proper window covers,wash room door is not proper it's broken.Requested the admin staff again,but no use,no actionable insights.As they're casual towards patient attendants feedback. I would like to rate 5 ***** (stars) for Doctors and Nursing staff. But I dont have any option to rate and review the management and administration less than 1 as Google have rating scale between 1-5.Where are they standing in current health care industry?? How does a good hospital have such a bad and worst people who work in front end .??? Is it the mind set and attitude of only frontend staff or else is it a same attitude of board of directors as well ??? Hmmm last thing as I requested them to fox these common issues for smoot flow of operations they didn't bother and care. Last thing they didn't took my feedback during my father's discharge from hospital. Luckily with god's grace, doctors and nursing staffs impeccable efforts my dad recovered from the illness.My sincere and heartfelt thanks and grattitude to Dr.Manjunath AP, chief consultant cardiology and nursing staffs, only these staff deserve the salutes. I prefer and strongly recommend MaAx hospital only due to availablity of these skilled and excellent service Doctors and nursing staffs.inspite of all these irregularities one need to baer all the pains only because of service of doctors and nursing staffs and patients who got admitted in hospital.all the photos are atyacjed for inf reference.

Dr SHIVAKUMAR HC PLEASE PAY MY MONEY. There is a Doctor called Dr Shivakumar who is practicing as an Orthopaedic surgeon. He made me to supply ortho implants to perform his Knee and Hip replacement surgeries. I supplied from Bangalore and worked day and night to take care of his surgeries .. But from past 3 years he is not making MY 3 Lakhs payment and irrespective of so many reminders, so many times physical meetings he is not responding..

Not Satisfied, Its Irritating You people are doing. Patient Care takers we are been last 9 days here i seen There is a daining Space or Room for Your Hosekeeping Staffs, Handy boys etc... Also Patient care takers also. But for Your Staffs are having separate Room for lunch or dinner why is the difference, Ok i take it all but In 6th floor Dining room and a tiny space dont have a Drinking water supply and also Dont hav a cleanliness No one dont care about it. Im un happy with your this service And i give Zero to you for making the Differentiate. Why all are equal right... Im also working in IT company I dont seen such a Mannerless and Dont hav a humanity in you Organization. Please sort it out if you possible. I think you people have your words and do it and favor for peoples and your own Contract labours. Please consider them as your staff also not Animals or tribes. Thank you

One of the worst management. Especially the neurology department. No proper appointments given and they make patients wait for hours together even after getting appointment. No value for other's time. If not for their good doctors, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Doctors are good, but supporting staff and all staff who are in hospital treat patients like beggers and they are giving free service, rather than service they busy in mobile and showing attitude if questioned, they are doing picnic spot with friends.. worst attitude of support staff and billing is as complex as spiders web where to go n get nobody knows including their staff... 1/10 rating is enough...
