Dr. SDM Narayana Heart Centre, Dharwad

We have been admitted to this hospital for four days, and the doctor has been excellent and very well-treated. However, the hospital management is the worst because the nurses and staff treat patients rudely, and the management is always interested in making money. The wards are also unclean; I was there for three days, and the pictures are for reference only. Everyone should reconsider before visiting this hospital, but the doctor is good.

This is one of the most corrupted & money making Center & these guys are spoiling the name of Manjunath swamy as well SDM team should think on running this Center in their premises. Starting from security at this Center everyone are rigid reluctant sply ICU staffs & the so called experienced Heartcare doctors present over here. This Center is moneycentric I urge pls spend quality time of your loved ones in separate private hospitals. This Center is running with absolute No clarity & they just want to loot the peoples money & time. Worst ever experience here.shame on you NHC.you people with NO human values. Fake & worst medical advise by Cardiologist Guruprasad & their staff. Guruprasad being senior cardiologist failed to make understand on the criticality of the patients & enforce to extend the admission period of the patient just to make money. I would be very eager to discuss & take up this matter with any of the accountable person of NHC & I am also sure that they will ignore such msgs rather than understanding!!!! Worst ever experience with NHC Hubli. On 13th of July You guys have requested me to send the MRN & did the same Not hearing any update to me on your lithargic behaviour with the patient & their relatives??? It seems such things are quite a common factor for you guys,you people dont have humanity rather than spending your intesrest on making money. One of the Worst facility i ever witnessed.Shame on you NHC.

My father was admitted to SDM Hospital Dharwad from 1st July until 7th July, and I'm truly thankful for the excellent care he received during his stay. Special thanks to Dr. Ravi Sangappa Jainapur, who guided us through every step of the treatment. During times when we were worried and unsure, he patiently explained the situation, helping us understand what was actually happening with my father's health. His calm and clear communication gave us a lot of confidence and reassurance. The nursing staff also deserves appreciation. They were extremely polite, caring, and patient--even when my father was upset or unwell. Their compassionate behavior made a big difference in his recovery. The hospital environment was very clean and well-maintained. Rooms were cleaned daily, and hygiene was consistently upheld, which added to the overall comfort and peace of mind. I sincerely thank the entire team--doctors, nurses, and housekeeping--for their dedicated and professional care. SDM Hospital truly lived up to our expectations.

Doctors and treatment is very good but the pharmacy and nursing staff is little bit unsatisfied. Not every staff only few staff . Doctor prescribed the medicine but the pharmacy did not gave any information about some tablets that the nursing staff also did not notice those medicines later patient have faced breathing and coughing problem so again got admitted and took treatment for this unconcern..

Good heart care hospital and we are happy with treatment but one thing we disappointed about here costis very high other wise all treatment and dr ravi jainapur is good and kind hearted person thank you

The best treatment I have ever experienced in my life. Infact I haven't got any pain while inserting the Stent in my body bcoz each n everything carried out so smoothly n my heartfelt thanks to Dr.Ravi.Jainapur sir n his staff for taking so care about my health.
