Worst hospital in the town because of the staff. Doctors are good but the staff has more attitude then the doctors. Staff treat us as if we belong to some lower category or something. They themself are superior here then doctors. They dont respond anything when we ask for medicines in pharmacy or in reception counter. Very disappointed with the service.

No one should go to this hospital with insurance or security card, they keep you waiting till evening to discharge you, the nursing staff is very arrogant, even if there is a minor problem, they just admit you for 2 days, they kept you waiting for 2 days, they even looted your money

I had admitted my father for an operation. We were there around 4 days Very economical hospital. We opted for a single non AC room. It is an old building but well maintained. Attached bathroom is available. Rent is 1300/day. Fan, one attendant cot, one chair & table, shelf, one charging point are available. Covid treatment is available. Medicals are there inside the hospital. UPI/cards/cash are accepted 24*7 open All staffs were polite and friendly with us Wheel chair access is available Looks like there was some construction/repair work was going on and hence lift was not available during our stay. Small Canteen is available. This too is very economical. Taste is good. Certain food viz buns, pulav, idli goli baje etc they prepare and keep like other hotels in the city. Normal Dosa will be served fresh. Meals will be served hot during lunch and dinner hours say 12.30 to 2 pm and night 7.30pm to 8.30pm Canteen staffs are polite and customer friendly. UPI/cash are accepted in canteen Parking: limited parking space for both two wheeler as well as four wheelers. However outside, nearby we can find enough place for parking.

Worst hospital, Cleanliness has ran long away from this hospital. Work is continuously going inside the hospital and patients were admitted in the adjacent room. If we inform the hospital authorities they are too careless about it. Hospital is filled with dust, noise also irresponsible and money minded people.

Worst service... Nurses are not coordinating with patient and their family members

From reception itself we can understand, how the staff and nurse treat us.. Nurses behave like government nurse.. Like nurses doing work should do patient side... Irresponsible nurses.wasting time in there counter... No immediate reaponse.If new new born baby,some babies cry entire day or night. But duty sisters come to ward and blame the patient side..as u people are not maintail the baby well...bloody ediots.bvc hospital.. .

Pathetic rooms.. smelly.. Their so called Post operative ward is still worser than the rooms, full of dust . Baby started sneezing in that room .. Infection may start from there itself . And so costly for such rooms.

Worst hospital in the town . I'm giving this review after observing almost for 10 years plus... Feel like management is not proper .... From this hospital 1000 time better is puttur govt hospital ... Staff especially receptions are rude most of the time .,. Good doctor like shyam bhat there but other thing nothing there ... Even response also very late .. they are all like old SBI bank employee behaviour...
