Dr. HI-TECH LIFELINE

Had a great experience. The place was clean, staff was polite & attentive. Dr. Shanbhag instills confidence & the treatment I received has been excellent God bless the good work they are engaged in.

After waiting for 8 long hours for a simple general health checkup, here is my detailed review. Very sluggish and lazy staff, not even bothered to give information about the tests we are undergoing. They just expect you to know everything on your own. 1. They don't even tell you if you have to come by empty stomach for pasting blood sugar. They expect you to understand it on your own by the test name. 2. Very important, the staff at the pathology lab is so rude that after taking blood sample they didn't even bothered to inform the patient to take food and let the patient sit in the hospital in empty stomach for further tests like ECG Echo etc. when asked about this careless behaviour they speak very rudely and asked why should we give you the detailed information. 3. They don't even tell you when the tests will be completed and we get reports. So you have to just sit there and wait without any clue about what's happening. So my suggestion, don't go to this hospital unless the nurse or other staff in the hospital are your relatives, otherwise they don't even bother about you and behave with you like you are some animal.

Very bad and third class hospital I ever seen. Mosquito problem. For small small things also they admit the patient only for making money. There is no place for parking. When patient arrives they don't help them to sit in wheel chair. They simply stand and watch. Doctor is also not good. He doesn't know the diagnosis. He only scares and treat the patient by making his own assumptions. He talks big big things. Finally I would like to say please don't go to this hospital if you don't have wish to die. For money they can go to any extent. Dr. Nitish Shanbhag is also careless medical practitioner. He doesn't bother about patient. He only thinks about himself as how to make money. First He talks nicely with patient relative to gain confidence as he knows the problem and cure the disease. He charge price so high that ordinary people can't afford. They don't deserve even one star rating. That much bad service is there.

My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Niteesh and his fantastic team who helped take care of my mom during an emergency make a full recovery! This hospital is well equipped and offers pathology lab services, a pharmacy and a kitchen and more importantly caring and attentive staff nurses. And finally the prices were really reasonable too! Overall a great service to the local community!

Doctor is very good.but 1.medical shop attenders are seems to be not bfarm .they secreching for medicines here and there. 2.Ambulance is worst.itdoes not have stretcher.petient has to climb the vehicle by his own or with the help of local people.vehicle is not in good condition.no shockobser,no belt. 3.room attendence is bad.nurses are busy in reading, chatting,. 4.nobody is comming to clean the room, bathroom. 5.no moscito net or coil .......

One of the worst hospital I have ever seen... They say that this hospital has every facilities but they don't even provide anything additional for the patient if they need. The nurses here gets activite when the doctor arrives and as soon as the doctor leaves the hospital become the place of rest to them... I recommend some other hospital rather than this

Worst hospital.... All nurses are behaving like doctors and specialists.... Only one doctor is managing.... His is also not good... Highly expensive charges... Totally I can say it's worst hospital. All nurses are having Higley arrogant and attitude. Worst people.. Don't know how to talk... Don't know comman sence.... Management is sleeping it seems... After seeing so many negetive feedback.. They are not taking any action. In kumta we don't have options so we have to go Hi tech hospital to get some facilities. Our MLA MP all are waste.. So we don't have super specialty hospitals... Again I am saying Nurses are worst worst worst wosrt..... Please tech them how to behave.... Too much attitude.... Worst hospital again I am saying its worst hospital.... I don't have negetive star so giving single star

Stay away from this hospital! Very inexperienced staff when it comes to Covid treatment. Dr.Nitish Shanbag is the most callous medical care individual we have ever encountered. If laws were stricter here , this guy could have been taken to task for negligence. Do not go to this hospital if you care for your loved ones !!
