I had took my mother for treatment since she had chest pain on and off since months Doctors along with the nursing staff and management took good care of my mother Diagnosis and treatment was very swift and accurate She is better now after the treatment

Doctors are very good, staff anfld Management are very disciplined, cordial but the hospital needs slight upgradation in terms of infrastructure.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the care and discharge process at Cauvery Hospital following my admission on 25-Jul-2025. While some aspects of the initial treatment were acceptable, the subsequent handling of the discharge was not only significantly delayed but also demonstrated a concerning level of negligence, leading to unnecessary stress.

Positive - Best Doctors . Negative: 1.Management needs to be improved. Being multi speciality hospital they don't have good billing application. They say application not working to generate bills. 2. Too much waiting. 3. They have only 2 counters for billing for outpatients. When patients are increasing you should increase billing counters. 4. Cost for consultation has been increased. It's 350 rupees now. 5. Drinking water - they have kept only one paper glass for all the people. Is this hygiene? When you increase consultation fees then you should give good facilities. We still visit this hospital because of good doctors like Adarsh and Bhargav sir . But the management needs a lot of improvement.
