He was diagnosed as pre-diabetic, and Dr. Srinivas took great care to explain everything and make sure we understood the treatment plan. Dr. Srinivas is polite, listens to all your problems carefully, diagnoses well, and gives treatment accordingly. However, as the clinic is crowded most of the time, it's better if they follow the token system. Patients stand in long queues, creating chaos. Also, letting other patients into the consultation room when you are consulting a particular patient is a bit weird. Not all are comfortable with that.
