This hospital only cares about money, not about patients. They make you wait for hours, misdiagnose problems, and don't provide proper treatment. Visit at your own risk

Don't go to this hospital and service is not good,I had worst experience in this hospital. Duty doctor does not have enough knowledge to handle patients in casualty including nurses as well. They are sending reports in whatsup to senior doctors and asking for suggestions. Room was not good, in room spider web's are spotted and bathroom & toilets are not maintained clean.bed sheets are not changing every day even though blood stinks are there in the bed sheet, if you ask change the bed sheet they speak in rude manner and they are not maintaining hygiene.if you admit in this hospital you will get another disease because of hygiene issue. Nurses services are pathetic, not sure whether they know how to handle patients or not? They treat patients as animal. They Don't know how to speak to patient and patient party.I had a worst experience in this hospital.they Don't understand what patient is explaining and they take it as lightly. Staff's are useless including hospital admin and insurance staff especially. Once the new room rent is changed they need to inform Insurance company. But due to negligence they didn't inform to them and I struggled lot for insurance amount. In hospital no one helped me including hospital admin,she disconnected the call when she was speaking with Insurance agent,rude behaviour noticed.Insurance amount was settled after 5 hours and hospital don't care about patient life and time. Canteen food is not hygienic and noticed kitchen is not maintained well & clean including canteen staff's. Afternoon and dinner they are charging 50rs per plate, Sambar was water only,,rice is smashed, no taste yet at all. Morning breakfast is also not good. I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone and want to give minus rating for this hospital.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the billing process and overall treatment at this hospital. While the nursing care was good, the issues persisted even after discharge, and we had to seek further care at KMC, where the problem was resolved within two days. The hospital's charges were exorbitant, particularly for a simple kidney stone procedure. I was billed for four doctors (primary doctor, assistant, physician, and duty doctor), which seemed unnecessary. To make matters worse, I wasn't reimbursed for the duty doctor's charges. Overall, my experience was subpar, and I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone."

I had a pretty intense experience over at Omega Hospital in Mangalore. Dr. Mukund deserves a huge shoutout for coming to my mom's rescue bright and early, saving her from a heart attack. On the flip side, the hospital's infrastructure is a bit dated. I mean, even the so-called "Deluxe Rooms AC" rooms have ancient TVs and manual beds. Oh, and get this, the canteen practically shares a wall with a common toilet, so ordering in from Swiggy or Zomato is the way to go. But here's the silver lining - the place is like a hidden oasis. Surrounded by greenery, it's strangely peaceful despite being close to the noisy ol' highway. So, yeah, while the facilities could use a facelift, you've got some seriously awesome doctors like Dr. Mukund saving the day.
