The staff whom we approached for assistance intially spoke well, however after the treatment was done when I asked for a report I was sent some hand written notes that cannot be clearly read by lay people like us. And the Marketing personal I suppose just does not know how to provide good customer service. I heard he had worked in Dubai for almost 25 years plus, his way of dealing with the my requirement just left me dumb struck. Whoever approaches this company just make sure to have complete understanding of the service you are getting / availing for your loved one and they should place the customer requirements on the top of their egos. Probably the doctor's are good but their customer support staff requires a lot of training on how to provide good service to customers and keep them happy
