Patient Reviews
Based on the negative reviews we are thinking to go or not. But honestly this hospital is best place for children's treatment. Doctor Ramesh handles children's very Carefully and the Person from X-ray dept Surya was so Humble person, he supported us for better and best Treatment.
DO NOT GO HERE. Save your child and Money. Please note I am writing this review just after a day of my visit this pathetic hospital and that was my first visit too. I wish i could give 0 stars but there is no option. My child had common cold and fever. The Nurse used suppository without doctor's consultation even though temperature wasn't so high. We verified this fact with a good doctor in Bangalore working in Aster Whitefield. Dr Ramesh came after his rounds and diagnosed my kid to say she has lot of phlegm. advised us to take X-ray. He questioned why are we taking vaccine from government hospital. he said government vaccine are lowest quality and government wouldn't able to provide vaccines in next 200-300 years compared what is given in private hospitals. This is BLATANT LIE on your face. whatever vaccines he has marked that are not available in government hospitals is actually available and I have verified this fact with gold medalist doctor working in government doctor. Agree Influenza vaccine is not administered in govt hospital and I was aware of it, but being a doctor and telling lies is DISGUSTING just to mint money from helpless parents. We went to X-ray room. There was no power. we asked the lady to take X-ray and she asked us to wait till power comes. I told her we cannot wait till power comes and requested her use generator. To my surprise, she said she cannot run x-ray machine on generator just one one person. she needs 4-5 ppl. she said " People here wait for 3-4 hours to take x-Ray". this was atrocious , A private hospital should be equipped with all necessary infrastructure and here it was quite opposite. We were disappointed with service and left the hospital without any treatment.
Say big nooo to this hospital ... Dr. Ramesh sir is a money minded.. take your child with mild cold.. he says go for xray one done..baby is serious he needs to be get admitted(365 days always beds full).. if you go to the hospital for first time you will end up asking 100 questions why didn't you come these many days and why do you take vaccine from government hospital and staff some are from his relatives doesn't know how to handle baby so rude...please save your child, time and of course your hard earned money
We do not recommend Ramesh Children's Hospital. Doctor is not considering the Govt approved vaccination and forced us to get vaccination from his hospital. Need to question same with Ministry of Health and Welfare department. They are money minded. Doctor and staff are very dominating and arrogant. They are not professional and friendly with patients. Forcing patients to get admitted just for cough and mild congestion. Also, asking irrelevant questions during first time registration like place of born, hospital of born. Is it really need to treat a kid for OPD. They will charge us without pre-informing about doctor's availability and make us wait for long time. They are not professional. So overall experience with this hospital is very very worst and do not recommend. Please do not go to this hospital because of kid's health is more priority.
Dr.Ramesh is one of the most caring doctors we have in Malur. His staff is excellent as they make sure all is well. He does not rush you in and out, expect a wait because he takes time with his patients and actually listens and explains. Seriously not a typical doctor, he is a good man. Its pleasure to have such a good pediatrician in Malur.
Hygiene is major concern in this hospital. Government hospital are much more hygienic than this clinic. The Doctor disgustingly uses SAME HAND GLOVES for every baby. For ex. he touched the butt of kid suffering with lose motion and used the same hand and gloves to vaccinate my baby including oral vaccine rotavirus. My baby which is just 3.5mnths suffered from lose motions for a week or so. I sincerely suggest the doctor to change the gloves for each baby. Please charge an extra amount for your gloves if you cannot afford it. Don't fool around the rural folk around Malur with your contagious habit.
Mr Karthik Please verify the vaccination schedule called "IAP vaccine schedule " if u r able to google on ur mobile please google and see.. Before posting some comment , please ask or take advice from experts It will pass a wrong message to common people about a vaccine and others . There is a lot of difference between IAP and UIP Iimmunization schedule Without knowledge please don't post such messages . In our hospital we will practice only evidence based medicine . Thank u
