Dr. Vinaya Hospital

I left my 3month old baby in home to consult dr.kishore kumar i travel 45km in auto because of my baby the receptionist girl in his Chembur waits me upto 3hours finally i can't wait anymore because of my baby i return back without consulting dctr i know there is so much crowd in kishore dctr but there may be some basic humanity is needed am not seeing this type of inhumanity in any other hospital staffs of Kundapura especially a girl will never became like this please teach some kindness to her if karma is real when she became mother she will definitely get what she done she has no rights to make my baby hungry..

This hospital may be suitable for minor ailments like cold and fever, but it is *not recommended* for surgeries or serious treatments. For better medical care, I suggest visiting hospitals in **Udupi, Manipal, or Mangalore**. The hospital seems more focused on **money than patient care**. If you have insurance, they tend to **inflate charges** and ask patients to pay additional amounts, claiming they're not covered under insurance. The ECO doctor takes cash but **doesn't provide any receipt**. The **discharge summary** is handwritten, not typed or printed, which feels unprofessional. Their **medical shop doesn't offer the standard 10% discount**, making it feel overly commercialized. Staff behavior is another concern -- many are **rude and untrained** in patient handling. There's a serious need for improvement in both **infrastructure and attitude**. It's time the **government steps in with strict regulations** to ensure better service quality and **reasonable charges** in private hospitals like this.

Doctor Krushap is not a great pediatrician. He doesn't listen to anyone and takes everything lightly. My both kids were born in this hospital, and I faced the same issues when my first child was born. Later, we consulted other doctors. Now, for my second child, he failed to identify that the baby was suffering from jaundice. The very next day, a nurse told us to take some vaccination at the government hospital, where the doctor confirmed that the baby had jaundice. We were surprised because the doctor at the private hospital was unable to detect that. After two days, when the baby's eyes and tongue turned yellow, Dr. Krushap finally acknowledged that the baby was infected with jaundice. My wife informed him clearly that the baby was not urinating, but he said it was common and that there was no need to worry, neglecting our concerns and telling us to return for a check-up after a month. After being discharged from the hospital, the baby continued to suffer from jaundice, and we saw no reduction in the condition. Today, we consulted other doctors who advised us to admit the baby to the hospital for phototherapy. Regarding Dr. Krushap, he failed to identify that the baby was infected with jaundice, and even after realizing this, no medication was provided. Whenever we raised our concerns, he simply ignored them. When he comes for rounds to check on patients, he spends less than five minutes with each one, as if he is always in a hurry. This is not the first incident--similar issues occurred when our first child was born. We had two reasons for choosing this hospital: one is Dr. Chandra, who is a good OB, and we found other hospitals in Kundapura to be even worse. I urge management to take strict action against Dr. Krushap for his negligence. I appreciate all the nurses and housekeeping staff at this time; they have been very helpful and have been doing their jobs regularly, which was a concern during our last visit.

It was my first visit to the hospital and i was disappointed by receptionist itself...the girl who wore spectacle in the receptionist was very rude and she dont knw how to talk ..she was giving her rude answer by seeing her mobile....the management should hire a well mannered receptionist staffs...worst experience at first visit itself. I dnt knw wheather receptionist or whole management was this type only (arrogant)

One of the MOST TORMENTOUS, HORRIBLE, MONEY LAUNDERING HOSPITAL..... THEY PURPOSEFULLY GIVE HEAVY DOSE OF SEDUCTIVE TO PREGNANT LADIES & FORCE PATIENT'S FAMILY TO PAY HEFTY FEES..... DOESN'T LET FAMILY MEMBERS MEET THE PATIENT & REALLY RUDE STAFFS.... WILL BE COMPLAINING TO HIGHER AUTHORITIES SOON

Behaviour of some staff is very bad, especially the girl who is giving appointment to Dr kishor Kumar, she is very rude this type of behavior not acceptable. Train them on behaving politely with patients first. We are not asking free service/treatment.
