    I came on Sunday and was advised to see the dermatologist on Monday. They took 300 and issued a card. However, when I returned on Monday, I was told to wait until 6 PM. The staff at the reception behaved very rudely, which is unacceptable for a place that calls itself a hospital. That said, the duty doctor was well-behaved and supportive, which I truly appreciated

    One of the worst and hopeless staff in this hospital..they dont know how to talk with the patients. Reception girls are very very rude like uneducated.... worst worst worst. They treat like you are there slaves attitude like they are owning this hospital. I would request u people that go for manipal or AJ atleast you people will get respect... one of the third class people working in this hospital. Ill make sure that in up coming days you people will contact me for apologize that for sure... worst management useless people are working here.

    I have never ending cons list for this hospital 1 Patients overcrowded always. 2 Receptionist are rude and doesn't understand any language besides kAnnAda which is frustrating. (No curtesy to hire people fluent in atleast 3 to 4 lang but nvm) 3 Receptionist aren't very helpful in resolving inquiry. It's like hitting your head against the wall. 4 Employees in pink shirt (ladies) (idk what they are called) are extremely rude and show attitude it's kinda funny for someone whose only job is to call names. 5 Most of the things are done manually like nobody knows which patient is next we have to wait forever for our turn

    Third class hospital no timing for doctor and waiting a doctor for 3 to 4 hours don't go any one for any treatment one of the best third class hospital

    Bad hospital with bad management! Doctors have so much ego, who are a dozen a dime. Especially Dr. Sridevi Katte. Hospital short comings in facilities and space is projected on patients and nurses. Doctors can't spell medicine names on prescriptions properly either. Doctors ask patients in pain to come in at 9:30am for an appt and the doctors do not turn up until 10:30 am. Patients come in from far off places and start their day at 6am in travel and have not had bfast till they arrive. How many of the patients are in pain, diabetic, etc and need to have their food and medicines on time. The doctors do not respect patients time, effort or trust! So unprofessional! It is insane! Update: the bone specialist here failed to pick up on a fracture which we had to then wait a whole month before getting diagnosed, because he wasted our time for that month saying it's just a ligament tear!! The. We taught second opinion close to home!

    Worst management ,no proper appointment system and nurses are having bad attitude with empathy and dedication towards work, injured person has to stand in queue for hours together to speak with doctor, and nurses will have duel personality they will give appointment on top to the patience those they know and make wait for other patience, I request don't visit this hospital Managemrnt has to take strick actions towards the nurse behavior with patients Please don't visit this hospital very poor management
