The treatment in this hospital is fine..but the billing service is the worst of all. No proper communication is done, and there is no coordination between the staff, the billing (insurance) personal lie in the broad light about the process. Discharge process is very concerning, had a very bad experience.

Had gone for my MRI scan done and the moment I entered the machine, I got scared, breathless and started shouting. But the staff, Sanjay and Dhanvant, both are such a wonderful people, they held my hands and gave me courage and also treated with nice words and every now and then, they spoke to me, kept on encouraging till the scan is over. I thank you both Sanjay and Dhanvant. You are exceptionally good and doing a very good job.

Try to avoid this hospital at all cost. Many people warned about this hospital, despite that we went there. The problem with this hospital is, 1) untrained staff, they don't know how read pulse also which is displaying 2) they charge exborent for facility of government hospital. The manager is fit for real-estate boker job, he tells lies in broad light. I know there aren't any good hospital in Koppala but Hubballi is nearby you will find many good hospitals. This hospital is just for funding election. There should be a system to display how many admitted, recovered and deceased in hospital to name and shame such hospitals.
