1 I went to this hospital for orthodontic treatment, but my experience has been terrible. A senior ma'am comes along with dental students, and the dental work is actually done by the students while she just guides them. She never listens to the patient's concerns. Even after I tried explaining my problem many times, she didn't pay attention and simply decided to put braces for everything. She never discussed my treatment options or explained what the actual problem with my teeth was. She just started putting braces and instructing students to do the work, without even asking if I wanted them. I had no idea what they were doing to my teeth. The way she speaks to students is also very rude--if they ask questionsagain , she responds harshly, making them afraid., I feel my teeth shape is ruined. Earlier, my teeth were much better, and now I regret getting braces here. I came here because my friend recommended it, saying the fees were comparatively less. But now I realise I should have valued my teeth more than the cost and gone to an experienced doctor. Unfortunately, I cannot get my original teeth shape back. For orthodontics, this hospital is the worst. My advice: go to an experienced doctor instead.

I had a very positive experience with the NITTE GAJRIA HOSPITAL doctors ,staff, nursing unit, and ambulance driver.The doctors were highly skilled, compassionate, and took time to explain everything clearly.The hospital staff was professional, polite, and quick to assist with any concerns. The nursing unit was exceptionally caring, attentive, and ensured all patient needs were met with compassion and dedication. Their round-the-clock service made a huge difference in our comfort and recovery. The ambulance driver was good, calm, and skilled in handling the emergency, ensuring a safe and smooth transfer. Overall, I truly appreciate their teamwork, efficiency, and commitment to patient care. They all played a vital role in a smooth treatment journey.

One of the best Hospital in Karkala it's situated in tellar road just 2.5 Km from karkala city.The hospital surrounded by full of greeneries with beautifull garden. Spacious beautifull building with neat and clean surroundings reasonable good cafeteria with higiene nice food. I stayed here 4 days as attendent for my father in law's operation during this time I didn't feel we are in hospital. Even during summer season this place Cool calm and quiet . such a pleasant atmosphere really impressed. People friendly nursing and other staff, nice Doctors & Pg doctors. Good ICU ( also there is more things which I don't know because I didn't experience it ). price also very very cheap.no commercial aspect no hidden charges, just 25k in special ward for 4 days stay . just eight years ago this hospital started But this hospital has not much developed in some matters just because of the crowd and people utilisation .I think People failed to utilise this hospital as expected by the management for various other reasons so they couldn't go with much more facility .because running hospital is not a small thing it has to see in various wider aspects but I am not telling now it's lack of facilities but still it's best .I visited various hospital in Bangalore ,Udupi and Mangalore this hospital is trying to give best from their side .also heard they are doing some charity service for needy people. I heard some negative reviews by some people & also from out side society people , but according to me review should be in wider aspect I can't compare it with Bangalore multi speciality hospital but it's far best to Karkala city .Now a days "MEDICLE FACILITY " is one of the most necessity aspect in humans life when this is available near Karkala surrounding people should definitely use it also management should impliment more new facilities and spread about hospital facility in society through various channel probably you failed it earlier few years back but now a days social media is one of the best platform so reaching out is not a big deal so hope in coming days management try to do it. Lastly I can say only my intention to write this detailed review to spread the message in society to utilise this beautiful hospital really I felt sorrow when I saw the crowd. it was very low .. please spread good about this hospital just to help the society

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the inadequate emergency medical services at one of the major hospitals in Karkala. The hospital lacks proper initial treatment for emergency cases, and there is often no availability of doctors when they are most needed. Over the past few years, I have personally witnessed 4 to 5 cases where the absence of timely and appropriate medical care resulted in the tragic loss of friends and family members. The hospital is unequipped with advanced emergency equipment, and in most critical cases, patients are referred to hospitals in Manipal -- a journey that takes approximately one hour. Unfortunately, this delay can mean the difference between life and death. A hospital of this size and importance should be capable of handling basic emergency situations and stabilizing patients before transfer, if needed. I urge the concerned authorities to take immediate action to upgrade the facilities, ensure round-the-clock availability of qualified doctors, and provide life-saving equipment to handle emergency cases effectively. The lives of countless residents in and around Karkala depend on a responsive and well-equipped healthcare system. I hope this issue will be addressed with the urgency it deserves.

Infrastructure is very good but problem it far from city and also doctors are not available all time in case some emergency will happen there is chance of losing of someone life even atm facility is not available here you go city for atm

I noticed that the same equipment was used on multiple patients without proper cleaning or sterilization. Additionally, when an instrument fell on the ground, it was used without being sanitized. This raises serious concerns about maintaining proper hygiene standards. Please ensure that patient health and safety are prioritized.

The hospital staff were very cooperative during the treatment and admission. Great help was extended by PRO Shubhakar sir, nurses and the aayis. We were there in the hospital for 5 days and everything was taken care well.

Worst experience!!..... i'll never go to this hospital again..... The staff in the outpatient consultation area are very rude & also busy in phone, they don't know how to treat patients , Doctors also not available on time And his assistant did not see that our file was on his desk and went somewhere outside without looking at it. The assistant went out and the staff outside did not even look at her. Again we asked her and she said she had gone. We waited for 2 hours. What else these staffs do when emergency patients arrive ? If they come at all, they must die. I will not suggest this hospital to anyoneVery bad.....
