Dr. Kalghatgi Hospital

I had a very Unprofessional and Rude Behavior experience with Dr. Laxmi Kant Desai . From the moment I interacted with them, they were rude and dismissive. The doctor was extremely egoistic, for small examination he refer his laboratory test and utilize their medical instruments with high cost, showed no patience in explaining my wife medical condition, and instead acted like I wouldn't understand anything. Instead of providing proper treatment, it felt like their main goal was to overcharge patients. They do not explain issues properly, and when asked questions, they get irritated and respond rudely. A doctor should be understanding and compassionate, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. The overall experience was unprofessional, and I would not recommend visiting this hospital if you value respectful and transparent medical care.

We had an amazing experience with Dr. Suhas Khalghatgi and Dr. Arun Yelamali for the gallbladder surgery. They were extremely pleasant and professional doctors. They have listened to the problems and advised the exact solution. No unnecessary tests and medication. Bedside manners is highly appreciated. They did the surgery thoroughly well and We are very happy with the results. Hospital staff, nurses and assistants are extremely supportive and professional. I highly recommend others to visit this hospital for any of your gastroenterology issues.. Thank you so much Dr. Suhas and Dr. Arun sir.

Worst experience with this hospital. We are waiting for Dr. Suhas for more than 4 hours but there is no response from any staffs members.

I met Dr Suhas twice time it's very bad experience that for small examination he refer his laboratory test and utilize their medical instruments with high cost and he cont have time to discuss with patient to understand the problem for proper diagnosis unless only laboratory examination reference.
