Good and clean environment. Courteous Staff & Nurses. Simple and polite doctors, who take the time to counsel and explain to the patient's attenders & relatives. Excellent treatment.. Above all, it is very transparent -- Services available, Charges, and TPA insurance available are all prominently displayed. I have posted a few pics for your reference. I visited the hospital today to see a patient, HK, in the ICU. I was impressed from the beginning to the end of my visit. Would love to be treated here. We are in safe hands. A bit costly. But worth it.

I had a highly disappointing experience at Suchrayu Hospital, Hubli, mainly due to poor management, infrastructure issues, and an excessive focus on money rather than patient care. Money-minded approach: The hospital seems more focused on making money than genuinely caring for patients. If you have the money, they will find ways to charge you excessively in most situations, making you feel like you're being exploited rather than treated. Canteen monopoly & food restrictions: They do not allow home-cooked food for patients, forcing them to buy only from the hospital canteen, which is overpriced and of terrible quality. This is unacceptable, as patients should have the right to eat what suits their health. Lift & infrastructure issues: The hospital switches off lifts at night and on weekends just to save electricity, making it extremely difficult for patients and visitors. The only working lift is slow, broken, and overcrowded, creating unnecessary chaos. To make things worse, hospital waste is transported in the same lift, raising serious hygiene concerns. Unfriendly staff & restrictions: The staff, especially those managing visitor access, are rude and uncooperative. They treat visitors as if they are in a prison, restricting movement, conversations, and basic interaction with patients. They claim they will take care of the patients, but in reality, they neglect them. While the doctors are skilled and experienced, they need to step up and address these serious management issues. If the hospital focuses on improving patient care rather than just making money, it could be a much better place for treatment. Right now, it feels more like a business than a healthcare facility.

Mental toture & trapped!!!! It is extremely disheartening and shocking to witness the level of neglect shown by the nursing staff and hospital management. Despite being admitted in a critical state, my grandmother has repeatedly been left unattended -- basic care, timely monitoring, and dignity have been ignored. When questioned, one of the nurses arrogantly responded, "The patient must learn to adjust -- we can't take care of everyone." These exact words reflect not only insensitivity but a complete failure of medical ethics and duty. The doctors may be competent, but when the day-to-day care is in the hands of such unaccountable and uncaring individuals, it renders the treatment ineffective. What's the point of good doctors when nurses and management behave in this cruel, indifferent manner? ICU care is supposed to be protective. Instead, it has become a billing trap. where the patient is kept with minimum attention but maximum charges. It's heartbreaking and unjust. I truly hope that this hospital is held accountable. If not, it's only a matter of time before it loses its reputation and trust. not due to medical failure, but because of human apathy.

Worst & Very very disgusting and poor management....and starting from the admission desk the two staff (sir and madm) I will not take their name here ,they are very very slow and they didn't know how to work, and they made patient to wait nearly 2-3 hour at admission desk and waited so long to get admission, there were a worst staffs at admission desk, and even in ward shifting the ward staffs and staff nurse's are so irresponsible and they make a patient to wait so long to give them a bed, and very irresponsible management..fedup of this hospital and management...poor and horrible management system I have ever seen. And their main focus is on only Taking admission and collecting money. The patient who comes here will not get cure instead they will suffer here for such type of irresponsible staffs and management.

Doctors are excellent, however the reason for lower rating is: 1. AC was not working we were swetting whole day no response, mosquitoes were there but no help provided, 2. Discharge has taken almost half day time 3. Only 1 attender permitted, when patient is undergoing surgery who will bring tablets and who will be with patient? Attendant cannot have food in room, so leave patient alone and go to canteen? 4. Security persons very strict, everyday just rushes in room to find out how many people are there (as if they are cop) which affects privacy. 5. Nurse quality very poor, One good administrator required to monitor the Nurses and their quarrels, so that all issues will be resolved immediately. Many Nurses absolutely don't know how to check BP, don't monitor Saline in night time, don't know how to find vein to extract blood. Need to improve quality immediately. Experienced nurses required Its very good hospital because of doctors, but need better administration. Specially because when i compare it with vivekanand hospital where my mother was admitted few weeks back, nurses full night monitor patients, take very Swift actions calls doctors, arranges any requirements immediately, they have long experience in handling patients and they allow patients to meet relatives and allow attendants to have food in room, which provides lots of comfort. This is just suggestion to improve the hospital

TPA & Discharge sections are the worst part in this hospital, for the entire hospital's patient they have appointed only 2 staff in this section, for discharge you guys have to wait from morning to evening.

The hospital maintains a clean and hygienic environment, which adds to the overall positive experience. His well-connected network ensures that patients receive comprehensive care. I had a terrible experience at Suchirayu Hospital in Hubli on April 30, 2025, and I strongly advise others to avoid this hospital unless it's an emergency . My family and I went for a general check-up, expecting professional care, but instead faced poor management, zero communication, and rude staff . Here's what happened.We booked an 11:00 AM appointment at the Outpatient Department and arrived on time . After registering, we waited 2.5 hours until 1:30 PM with no updates . staff gave vague answers like "wait a bit more." Finally, they told us the doctor wasn't available and to come back at 4:00 PM . This was already frustrating, as it messed up our day, but we agreed, made a second trip, and returned at 5:00 PM due to some other important work.To our shock, the doctor had left, and the staff blamed us for not arriving at "sharp 4:00 PM" . They acted like we had nothing better to do than wait around after already wasting hours earlier! Their dismissive attitude was unacceptable and made us feel disrespected . We left without the check-up, having lost time, money on transport, and trust in this hospital .This wasn't just a bad day--it shows deeper issues at Suchirayu: terrible scheduling, no patient updates, and untrained staff . We spent over 3 hours waiting, made two trips, and got nothing but excuses. It's unfair to expect patients to drop everything when the hospital can't keep its own schedule .The emotional toll was real. We felt humiliated and undervalued, especially after rearranging our work and family plans . I urge Suchirayu's management to fix this--add text alerts for delays , train staff to be polite , and respect patients' time. Until then, I can't recommend this hospital for non-emergencies . Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for care .
