I am extremely disappointed with the way patients are being treated on the ground floor of this hospital, especially in the MRI scan section. There are long queues of people waiting patiently for their turn, yet the lab staff is completely disorganized and showing no sense of urgency or empathy. What's even more shocking is the rude and arrogant behavior of some of the lab technicians. They are speaking harshly to patients and showing zero courtesy. Many patients, including myself, have witnessed others requesting refunds and leaving the hospital to go to better-managed labs. And honestly, who can blame them? This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful attitude is unacceptable--especially when we are paying customers. We are not receiving free treatment; we are paying for a service and deserve to be treated with basic dignity and respect. I strongly urge the hospital management to take strict action against such staff. If they cannot handle their responsibility with respect and professionalism, they should be replaced. Attitude and arrogance have no place in a healthcare setting. Patients come here with hope and trust--don't let a few irresponsible people ruin the name of your hospital

Dr. Datta Nadgir is very professional, patient and knowledgeable, definitely recommend but the wait time for appointment Is atleast a month. If you need to visit doctor immediately then only option is to get admitted in the hospitals he visit as consultant and pay higher fees which is not recommended. Staff is not kind and needs to be trained on how to deal with patients and their attendants. We visited for followup before the date given, Even after informing them previous day about the emergency visit and after getting confirmation we visited but made us wait from morning 9 am to till 6 pm for just 5 minutes consultation. They don't even ask doctor and take decision on their own. They never receive call even if you try throughout the day and never call back. Front desk staff is not doing their job. Staff service needs overall improvement.
Datta Sir is very knowledgeable and treated me for blurry vision and loss of coordination in my eyes. After following the doctor's prescribed medicines, I am now cured..

One of "worst Doctor", He talks in Phone & Tells patient to go outside when phone comes, Keeps on talking in phone, Flurt's with "Lady patients & Nurses" in his hospital in front of patients, Suffering Patient have to for 2 to 3 weeks for appointment, highly UnProfessional Doctor. His Staff behave very Rudely with patients Charges hefty fees every time , has partnership with near by xray scanning centres in court circle Hubli , Don't visit this useless Hospital.
Staff seems uneducated and unprofessional. Don't know how to handle patients and their guardians. Firstly, board members need to remove all these staff and then appoint some educated people.. Dr. Nadgir is recommended for everyone, but staff members are always trying to take bribes and are corrupt uneducated non ethical thieves..

This leads to long wait times and a sense of unease as patients are left wondering when they will be attended to. Kindly request the management to implement a more efficient and organized queuing system, complete with a clear token system and high-quality displays that are easily visible and audible to all patients. This will not only improve patient experience but also streamline operations and reduce wait times.
