Lengthy post alert :) 78 Days of Miracles: Our Deepest Gratitude to the Ovum NICU Team Some journeys in life redefine everything -- your strength, your hope, your faith. Ours began when our precious baby girl entered the world weighing just 820 grams on 20th April. So tiny, so vulnerable, and yet -- from the very first moment -- a cute, little warrior. What followed was 78 unforgettable days in the NICU. Days filled with prayers, tears, tiny victories, and above all -- extraordinary care from a team of professionals who gave our daughter the best gift. Would like to start with our delivery experience. It was an emergency at mid night at home. We called Dr.Akshaya Dhoddamani on her personal who responded quickly and asked us to rush to the hospital immediately. Akshaya drove to the hospital by herself and had reached the hospital before we could reach. She immediately arranged the OT and ensure the baby was delivered asap. To Dr. Abhishek Aradhya, Dr. Dinesh and Dr. Arpita- we will never forget what you've done for us post delivery. Dr. Abhishek, your wisdom, and precise decisions gave us reassurance in our most anxious moments. Dr. Arpita, your nurturing care, constant guidance, and heartfelt concern made us feel like we had a guardian watching over our baby every second. To Dr. Archana, Dr. Sankeerthana, Dr. Tanzeer, and Dr. Anil - thank you for being the rock-solid foundation of this NICU team. Your expertise and dedication made a world of difference, every single day. Special thanks to Archana for her patience in answering all our silly and dumbest queries. To the nursing angels - a very special thank you to Vedamani, Ambika, Rashmi, Srinivas, Gayatri, Pallavi, Padma, Thrisha, Indrani, and Usha (sorry if I had missed any names). You were the hands that held our daughter when we couldn't. The eyes that watched over her through the night. You made sure she was never alone, and for that, we are forever great full. My thanks to the front desk professionals, security and house keeping staff for making ovum proud. Last but not the least, a special thanks to billing department led by Nancy n team for understanding my financial conditions and giving that extra time to pay the bills ;) Our baby girl was discharged at a healthy 2.4 kg on 7th July with a strong heart, a bright brain, healthy eyes, and resilient lungs. Ovam Hospital seems to be focused only on making money rather than genuinely helping patients. The only positive experience I had was with Dr. Akshaya Doddamani, who is an excellent doctor and handled my wife's delivery very well. She is truly skilled and supportive. However, my experience with the pediatric department was extremely disappointing. Right after birth, my baby had jaundice - a common condition in newborns - but the hospital kept us admitted for 8 days unnecessarily. Despite repeatedly informing them that I couldn't afford the charges, they refused to discharge us. They generated a bill of 1.5 lakhs just for jaundice treatment and the total bill went up to 3 lakhs, which is completely unreasonable. This hospital is not safe, and you can't trust even the latest reports they show. I strongly advise others to avoid this hospital. If you must go, I only recommend Dr. Akshaya Doddamani - she is the only genuine and trustworthy person in the entire hospital. The rest of the system seems to be focused only on draining your money without any valid reason.

My wife gave birth to baby boy in Ovum hospitals, Hoskote (delivery done by Dr. Pranavi N)and was admitted in NICU due preterm delivery. Baby had many complications with stomach distension, breathing issue , calcium low level and Jaundice . Dr. Abhishek, Arpita and Dinesh along with duty doctors and nurse staff had took care of the baby very well till the discharge time with keen observation and baby activity monitoring. Day to day counselling to update baby status and making us comfortable that they are there to take care of the baby health. Housekeeping facility was very good keeping the premises hygiene all time. All in all it was good experience with hospital and staff.

I visited ovum hospital and I'm very pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, welcoming, and efficient. The check-in process was smooth, and I didn't have to wait long to be seen which is arranged by receptionist Margerita.. All sisters are well trained they know how to managed patient. And we took consultation with Dr. Sharath Babu a paediatric neurologist treatment is extremely good and polite doctor.

Our baby was admitted in picu from past 2 days and later shifted to ward All sisters and staffs have good communication and well cared and service was upto the core ...we are happy with the services they provided .....now my baby girl has recovered 100%

Recently visit ovum hospital for a routine medical checkup, and I'm very pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, welcoming, and efficient. The check-in process was smooth, and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. All sisters are well trained they know how to managed patient The doctors were thorough in their examination and took the time to explain each part of the process, which made me feel comfortable and informed. The facilities were clean and well-organized, and the lab results were provided promptly. Overall, the quality of care and attention to detail made the visit stress-free and efficient. I would highly recommended to anyone looking for reliable gyn and babies routine care 1

My baby was born at ovum premature baby stayed for more than 100 days I was good experience I can share. Nicu care sister and doctor team was excellent. And ward staff care is also excellent often they come see patient and ask needs gives antibiotics on time check vitals every 6 hours good experience with all the ovum staff .

We had good experience well taken care by ovum team , nicelly coordinated by front office and billing team. Big kudos to NICU team who really taken care to our kids. Big thanks to Dr. Abhishek sir, Dr Arpita maam, and Dr Dinesh sir for their valuable support during NICU stage. Finally thanks to Dr pranavi maam who guided to Ovum hosakote.
