Dr. Dr Varadaraju Healthcare and Diagnostics Neurosurgeon and Neurologist in Hoskote

To the kind attention of Dr.Varadaraju : WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. WE WILL NEVER EVER VISIT AGAIN. Below is a summary of my experience. (This is based on our experience on the particular day with the staff on duty then. There may be other staff here who are professional and I do not intend to defame them ) 1. I took my wife to the causality on an emergency on Sunday (16th March) 2. The duty doctor was very arrogant, unprofessional and didnt know how to talk to or treat a patient in an emergency. 3. The nursing staff inserted the cannula incorrectly causing immense pain and swelling. My wife was screaming due to pain and I called the doctor, he was so casual in his approach didn't even care to check what was happening there and was simply sitting there. 4. After a lot of arguments, he called staff from the ICU who removed and reinserted the cannula and there was no pain or swelling this time. 5. After all this, they forgot to connect the medicine to the cannula. THIS IS THE HEIGHT OF CARELESSNESS. When I came back inside the casualty I noticed this and asked them, then they casually came and connected saying we forgot it. I really don't know if this is the way a patient should be attended in casualty. 6. They sent me to the pharmacy to get medicine and when I came back my wife was not on the bed. when I asked they said they are moving her to Daycare. I don't know what was the emergency that they couldn't wait for 5 minutes for me to come back from the pharmacy and inform me before shifting (FYI, all the beds in casualty were empty and the doctor's point was what he would do if some 5, 6 casualty comes together in the 5 min that i went to pharmacy and there are no bed in casualty to accommodate them LOL). Later I checked with my wife and she said the doctor was insisting on shifting even when she requested them to wait for me to come back from the pharmacy. 7. The doctor was not discussing anything with me, niether he asked about any history of diagnosis nor explaining the medications or the tests that he was prescribing. I saw some sample collection tubes being taken by staff and asked them what are these for, then they said the doctor suggested the blood tests as the cannula was anyways connected and it is easy to take blood tests. I had taken my wife to this hospital earlier, At that time a lady doctor was there in Casualty, she was so considerate, and proper treatment was given that time. We were very satisfied. Now with this experience, We are scared to visit this hospital again. I wonder how these people will handle it if someone with a critical condition comes here. I took a good 30 minutes of my time to write this review which is a testimony to how worst the experience was

One of the best doctor throughout Karnataka for Gastro,liver and all diseases related to stomach. Very friendly with patients. I am a totally satisfied patient.

There is no proper response it looks like careless they don't have confidence in them self one week ago I went with blooding they are careless asking me how many's days had hpns is that question and the one who boy sites there and the girl was eating some Jung food this what how they maintain the dr varadaraju hospital

One of the worst doctor and hospital . They recently opened big hospital( name sake)whoever go there will die due to waiting .. they have 20-30 doctor list but no doctor's available only 1 doctor ... if you want to live longer please don't visit this kind of scam hospitals . We waited 2hours + but came back without seeing doctor ..

They are just doing business... I have visited after calling them that what is the charge for taking dips for two hours they told 200 then there was a receptionist she told she can't take payment bcz machine is not working...One lady told her to take payment... Then her machine was working... And receptionist was quite rude ... Then she told to consult doctor for taking dips ... Doctor told to give dips then.. At last they charged almost 2k by telling xyz reason without knowing to us what they are doing... At last the receptionist told to give again 300 for observation charge again... It is a business for these people to torture patient bcz last time once we visited them they given injection which is paining for more than 1 month... They don't know how to give injection as well... How to treat to patient... But they know very nicely how to take money
