My Mother was admitted for fibroid uterus operation. I personally thank to DR. DIVYA T S because she is caring patients personally and follow up well & good, thank you Mam for Painless operation to my mother, now she is normal. And hospital maintenance very good, staff behavior with patients also well and good.

We selected Santhasa (SSM hospital) for our pregnancy care and delivery.. Good !! Doctors are experienced and hospital has multiple duty and specialist in different areas. Treatment and medical facilities are good, had some inconvenience due to ongoing renovation. Few negative points : - In patient rooms are not adequate for better recovery - Rooms are small and sharing rooms facility needs to be improved. Another problem is vehicle parking - No dedicated parking space for patients , visitors and even for staffs vehicles. - Not completely computerized , Need to wait for longer time for billing and manual discharge summary and discriptions are given. This could be bit inconvenient for insurance claim
