We admitted my mother in this hospital and we had many problems. The staff response is very bad/careless. We had insurance and came home hospital but they dint have proper process and finally we paid the bill. I personally spoke to the doctor and he promised that he will take care of the insurance process and the next day he changed his words and asked us to pay the bill. Initially we were not happy with the hospital and told them the doctor that we will go different hospital but doctor promised that he will adress all our concerns and not to discharge and go. The hospital cleanliness is very bad, doctors never responded properly. They take ages attached the emergency patient. No concern shown to anyone. This is a money makeing place and I recommend all other hospitals in Hassan not this hospital

Dr Basavaraj, Dr Prema Gurunath and their team were excellent. Good value for money in the hospital and the staff were very hands on as well accomodating.

Hospital was good but nurse/sisters doctors are very rude behave and partiality also very very bad sister/nurse Poor people look down on others, only rich people look up to them and treat people based on their appearance on face please not come to the hospital

Hospital premises are clean! Staffs are good! When its come to time management its very poor! No punctuality.

I have visited this hospital and I am happy about their respone towards patients and their treatments are alllso very good and mainly The basement staffs are kind hearted staffs they treat well of all patients I was visited to CT scan they are allso very good and the reports allso very specific

The worst hospital I have ever visited, the only motto of this hospital is to make money, money and only money. No good treatment. They charge a lot. If they get to know that you are having insurance, then they charge you 2 to 3 times of original bill. Please don't go to this hospital. If you are rich and doesn't care about your health and wealth then this is a must visit place. Price of service will change daily based on their needs and moods, today if the room rent is 3000 per day, at the time of billing, they will put 5500 per day and they argue that is the new room charges
